We had a fantastic time on our trip. The condo was spacious, very clean and updated. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay including all the beach equipment. It’s in a perfect location, a short walk or bike ride to the beach and all the shops/restaurants. There were only 3 of us but the condo could easily accommodate more. Dennis was very communicative and accommodating the entire trip. We will be back!

Great place for a winter break!!

My family spent our Christmas and New Year holiday in this wonderful 2 bedroom condo! Everything was perfect! We got an early check in by our host, he was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival and even checked in on us after to see how things were going!! Most importantly, the place was everything we needed - clean and welcoming; the weather was warm and we had “socially distant” fun in Hilton Head Island! Really loved it!

The property was nice and well-kept. It was conveniently located near the beach, biking trails and other restaurants. There was a small issue before the rental in which we were notified and was remedied by the owner, which was much appreciated. Bring your beach towels as they are not provided.

Great Location & Space

Surf Court is a great location if you're travelling without a car. 10 minute walk to Coligny Beach and Plaza for restaurants and shops. The flowering trees and landscaping of the interior court & pool area are beautiful. The unit itself was very clean with furnishings that seemed relatively new. The unit included beach chairs, umbrella, & a wagon that were perfect for a short walk to the beach. (You can go through a neighboring property and avoid walking all the way to the main Coligny Beach entrance).

Would like to stay again next year.

The price and location were great! I would definitely stay here again with my family. Lots of extras in the townhome including, beach wagon, kitchen supplies, and laundry supplies. Kids loved the huge TV downstairs and there were two nicely sized TV’s in each bedroom. This townhome sits above a smaller unit and there was no noise from downstairs. Five minutes from Coligny beach park. Two minute walk to the beach. There is a spot to park your family’s bikes if you choose to rent one. I felt safe here with my family and the neighbor next door was helpful in giving us information and a parking pass. I’m hoping to make this our “Go-To” place every October.

House of odors

Although the property is located at a very convenient spot, it definitely needs updated. The cleanliness and the smell of must, mildew and or cat urine was overwhelming. We spent four hours upon arrival cleaning the place and deodorizing every couple of days. I have notified the property owner about these issues and hopefully it will be corrected for future tenants.

Great Location

This villa was ideally situated directly across the street from the Ocean on South Forrest Ave. There is beach access directly across the street. Located very close to Coligny and Celebration Park. The villa is a nice set up with the two bedrooms upstairs both with private baths. The kitchen, dinning area and living room are on the first level. There is a half bath on the first level as well. You will have some stairs to deal with. There are steps leading up to the first level and then stairs to the second level. It is nice having the bedrooms upstairs if people are in bed while others are up. The unit is a little dated but furniture is fine. We did have several minor issues that were disappointing but the Evolve team did respond promptly. While the unit was mostly clean, we did have some issues with dust and dirt under the bed, in cabinets and in a few other areas. Manager offered to send cleaners out but we were working remote and did not want people in the unit while we were there. Provided kitchen and beach items were adequate but not as well stocked as we have had at other places but not a big drawback. The unit and surrounding complex was very quiet and people were very friendly. Overall, the villa was comfortable and close to many restaurants and the beach.

Awesome Condo!

We enjoyed our week spent here. Walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza for restaurants and stores. Easy access to the rest of Hilton Head. Condo is beautiful and clean, has everything you need. Dishwasher and laundry. Nice pool too. Communication with Dennis was very quick friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Girls Trip 2021

Myself & 3 girlfriends (all Realtors) take frequent girls trips to different places. This is one of our top favorites. The condo was great! It’s location was perfect, & had everything we needed. Property location is excellent. A block from the beach and shopping close by. Condo had plenty of space for a family of 5. Kitchen has all of the equipment needed to cook family meals. Property owner was very communicative and had plenty of insight on what to do for a HHI first-timer. Would happily return to this Condo and HHI.

Within walking distance to everything

Condo was as described and pictures reflect the actual feel of the place. Newly remodeled and clean. Kitchen was well furnished. Walked daily to the coffee shop, beach and restaurants/shops. Bike rental just down the street. The master bed was very comfortable but could use new pillows. The pool area was quiet and we enjoyed the ease of walking down the spiral staircase to get to the pool. All in all this was a very nice condo and very well located if you don’t want to be right on the beach.

We had a great time. Great communication with the manager, he was very accommodating. The property is better than the pictures! Now they have wood vinyl on the living room floor instead of carpet and the sofa is new, it is not the one in the pictures. The place is beautifully decorated with all beach/coastal decor. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We spent thanksgiving there and had all kind of utensils and trays! The king size bed was super comfortable! The location is excellent! We rented bikes for our stay and could go everywhere. We will be back for sure!

1st time at Hilton head. AWESOME PLACE! Our condo was perfect. Clean, spacious, very well kept. It was close to the beach(.3 mike wall). Courtyard and pool were very nice. I would stay again. Close to shops, grocery store, and restaurants. Can’t say a bad word.
