Villa for 6 people located in a residence with swimming pool, on the edge of lagoons and 10 minutes walk from the sea.
You will enjoy a fenced terrace at the front of the villa and a second, very intimate terrace at the back.
Our pavilion is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a mini-oven (placed in the adjoining pantry).
You can choose the place for your meals according to your mood: indoors or in the veranda....
On the ground floor there is a sofa bed that can be used as a bed, a TV (French and German channels), mini hi-fi system, a pantry with vacuum cleaner, iron, additional utensils and a separate toilet. , possibility of renting a sheet and towel kit for €90 (notify 48 hours in advance for this additional service)
Swimming pool bracelets will be at your disposal to give you access to the residence's swimming pool (open depending on health and climatic conditions from June to September).
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: the first with a very large bed (a large frame with 2 mattresses of 100*200) small desk and built-in storage, the second with bunk beds (90*190), then follows the bathroom water with a large opening shower cabin, a sink and a toilet.
Not far from the residence (5 min walk) there is a small bakery, ice cream parlor, a bicycle rental company and a restaurant bar pizzeria very well known to Ayguades regulars "Le Croq'" which offers entertainment during the summer period and small night markets... you can also take advantage of the Aquatic Pole "Marina O Zone" facilities on avenue de la Jonque which offers: rentals of canoes, kayaks, electric jet kids, electric boats, group paddles, inflatable structure and ski lift -nautical on the water, it's up to you to try the adventure....
