New chalet 80m to 30m from the beach with 3 bedrooms for 6 people

Individual cottage on stilts new, spacious with a surface area of ​​80 sqm and 30 sqm terrace, walk to a great sandy beach. The furniture is neat and new bedding.

It has a large air conditioned living room (TV) with a fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, pyrolysis oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker Nespresso -provide capsules-), 1 bedroom with a 160X200 bed, a room with bed 140 and double closet, a third bedroom with bunk beds and double closet, a bathroom (shower-bath), separate toilet.

The terrace is fitted with outdoor seating and dining area sheltered from the prevailing wind.

The sandy beach is a minute walk, it is ideal for your swimming and your ballads.

A cot and high chair can be made available.

Cleaning is your responsibility (products are supplied) and linen (65X65 pillow covers, fitted sheets, towels, tea towels, beach towels).

Superbe appartement conforme à la description. L'équipement de la cuisine est aussi complet que chez vous. Vue de la table de la cuisine sur le canal, très agréable. Douche très bien agencée sous le chalet et très agréable pour ne pas remonter du sable dans la partie habitable. Hôte d'une grande gentillesse et très réactive.

Ein super Haus!

Wir, zwei Freundinnen und ein Hund haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Bilder werden dem Objekt nicht gerecht. Es sah in Wirklichkeit noch besser aus. Es ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Sauberkeit spitze! Qualität, Bettwäsche, Handtücher spitze! Leila Und Xavier sind zwei sehr nette Vermieter und vom einchecken bis zum aus checken hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Haus nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Der absolute Knüller ist jedoch die Lage. Zu Fuß 2 Minuten zum Strand. Der ist sehr weitläufig und außerhalb der Saison Ist kaum etwas los. Zum Bäcker und zu den Restaurants sind es zu Fuß 20 Minuten WLAN ist keines verfügbar, aber mit mobilen Daten ist das gut ausgeglichen. Uns hat nichts gefehlt! Ute, Michaela und Louis

SUPER MODERN CHALET CLOSE TO BEACH!

An excellent modern chalet with 3 big bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes etc. The "open plan" living room/kitchen/diner is spacious and fully equipped. It is also great for those who windsurf/kitesurf/cycle etc as there is a big store downstairs (with shower!) and only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Lena came round very quickly a couple of times to fix some small things. There is a huge balcony with table and chairs. So, all in all a marvellous place to stay and highly recommended!!

Chalet confortable avec une terrasse bien à l'abri de vent , équipement complet et propreté irréprochable. La vue est sur le chenal ,et non pas sur la mer . Besoin d'être autonome pour le wifi .
