charmante maison tout confort avec jardin dans rue calme et stationnement aisé. seul bémol; un ventilateur serait bien venu vu les chaleurs actuelles. Trés bonne communication avec les propriÚtaires. LÚge se trouve au centre du bassin ce qui permet d'en découvrir toutes les facettes ainsi que les plages océaniques; mais sachez qu'en plein mois d'août la circulation, notament en direction du cap ferret est difficile et multiplie les temps de trajet.
