Très bon emplacement

Maison très bien située parfaite pour les balades en vélo ou à pied. En revanche, elle nécessiterait un petit rafraîchissement. Un peu humide pour la période et la consommation d’électricité comprise dans la location reste insuffisante. Très bon accueil par Iris.

Séjour de 5 jours au Cap Ferret en Avril

Nous avons passé ce séjour en avril 2023 sous le soleil. Le gîte est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Son gros point fort est que cette petite maison n’est pas mitoyenne et elle est idéalement placée à 100m de la pointe du Cap Ferret. C’est un emplacement privilégié, calme et parfait pour se balader sur toute la péninsule à pied / vélo ou voiture et ainsi visiter tous les villages / sentiers / plages qui composent Lège Cap Ferret.

Calme, sobre et idéalement situé

2 semaines à la pointe du Cap Ferret, entre le bassin et l'océan, pour un séjour idéal en famille. Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement !! Les plages sont directement accessibles à pied, nous permettant de profiter régulièrement d'un superbe couché de soleil (même à la dernière minute). La maison est correctement équipée, la terrasse couverte apporte vraiment un espace supplémentaire et le jardin est intégralement à l'abri des regards. Un grand merci à la propriétaire d'avoir complètement clôturé le jardin comme elle s'y était engagée. Nous avons ainsi pu laisser notre Berger Australien en toute sécurité. Nous espérons vraiment pouvoir renouveler l'expérience l'année prochaine !!!

Tres bonne location bien située et propre

Location tres agréable dans laquelle il ne manquait rien. Le monsieur chargé de nous recevoir est très gentil ,serviable et on sent qu'on peut se reposer sur lui pour tout problème...ce qui n'est pas négligeable quand , comme moi, on est une mamie accompagnée la semaine de ses seuls petits enfants. C est avec plaisir que je reviendrai l'année prochaine . PS..peut être revoir le mécanisme du BZ que je n'ai pas pu faire fonctionner correctement à l'ouverture...je l'ai donc laissé déplié tout le séjour ,ce qui ne nous a pas dérangés.
