Walking/bicycling distance to Main Street and marina shops and restaurants. Walking distance to pier/marina, public tennis courts, and recreational field and skateboard park. Eight minute drive to four town Atlantic Ocean and Cape Cod Bay beaches and three fresh water ponds.
