Spacious apartment with lots of light! Beautiful dining room, living room, and fully furnished kitchen. Free WiFi and Amazon Fire stick on each TV.
Pets welcomed; huge yard and dog door and fenced in dog run . Large front porch with ample seating.
Restaurants within walking distance include: Rodney Scott's BBQ, The Park Cafe, Herd Provision, Moe's Tavern.
Off street parking. 12 miles from Folly Beach.

Benita was great and so friendly! Loved the location, little bit out of the fray but walkable to some great spots (OK! Donna is a must). Very comfy bed as well - had everything we needed for a fun weekend trip!

Purple House in April

We had so much fun exploring Charleston. The house is super clean and comfortable and our hosts were so lovely and helpful. The neighborhood is so beautiful and we spent hours in the local park and investigating the many walkable food and drink places nearby.

Great place to get away!

I absolutely loved the space! The hosts were incredibly kind and made my stay so very special. I love walking so walking the 2ish miles to downtown wasn’t an issue for me. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet in a beautiful city!

Quiet Neighborhood Retreat Near The City

We found the apartment neat clean and comfortable. The location is great in a very nice quiet neighborhood walking distance to downtown Charleston. Neighborhood is very pretty and good for strolling around. The apartment was well-appointed with much appreciated details like coffee, drinks and snacks as well as all the kitchen items needed. The owner was gracious, even welcoming us in person even though it was 2AM after a late night flight. I highly recommend staying here, especially for a couple who likes to tour around on foot.

Charleston in July

Showing extended family the whole area for their first time. The central location was ideal for being on the move and exploring! Benita was a wonderful & gracious host, ensuring we were comfortable with our stay; also offering us bicycles to ride, beach chairs to use and the grill if need be. It's a busy neighborhood of residents in & out so we fit right in, but also plenty of waves and "hellos" from neighbors and passers by. I would not hesitate to say if you want close proximity to all of downtown and nearby areas like Avondale, Folly or even Mt. Pleasant, Benita's home is a great place! Mark
