Maison Dans un Cadre Arboré et Tranquille Proche de la mer

Our house and the 5,000 m2 garden with trees offer a quiet and relaxing setting. It was recently redecorated to give it its welcoming character!
It is functional with its bathroom, toilet and well-stocked kitchen. It has a veranda to enjoy cooler evenings overlooking the garden.

Its location is a starting point for walks in the forest which quickly arrive at the seaside and Beauport Abbey, an exceptional and lively site all year round.
At the sea, fans can swim at high tide or go shellfish fishing at low tide.
By car, it is located 5 minutes from the town center of Paimpol, its streets rich in history, its fishing and marina port. The Tuesday morning market is simply exceptional!
During the holiday period, there are many opportunities to discover the history which contributed to the wealth of Paimpol with fishing in Iceland in particular. The sea shanties festival comes to liven up the port which brings together artists and sailors at the beginning of August.
Easily, you can reach the banks of the Trieux, the Ile de Bréhat, go a little further to discover the marvelous Sillon du Talbert, the Côte de Granit Rose.

Excellent accommodation

The house was extremely clean and well stocked. It was in a nice quiet area but still close to amenities. The owner was very friendly and helpful.The garden was extremely large and great for the dog, but just be aware that it is not fully enclosed.

The house is spacious and in a nice neighborhood with a beautiful big garden. Communication with the host was easy and very friendly. We especially enjoyed having our meals in the winter garden looking outside and slept well.The house is partly renovated, but could do with some more improvements. Some of the furniture is older or not in good shape with door handles falling off wardrobes, for example. Seat cushions and an umbrella for the outside furniture would be nice. Unfortunately the house was only partly clean including kitchen utensils when we arrived.Besides, I would’ve liked to know that one of the neighbors is renovating beforehand, i .e. there’s a construction site behind the house. So if you’re at the house during the day you can hear that. It’s not super loud, but to me it was still annoying. Hence the three star rating.

For the vessell cleaning, we apologize for the convenients while each plate is not checked at each departure of our guests. We will take it carefully and give a special care to this. The cleaning of the house, bathrooms, toilets, floors, filter of the dish machine... is done after each departure. The bed protection is changed for all new guests.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et profité pleinement de la beauté des environs (château de La Roche Jagu, Ile de Brehat, train vapeur du Trieux, plage Bonaparte, abbaye de Beauport, et j'en passe !). La maison est très bien équipée et sa proximité avec le bois et l'abbaye est géniale, nous avons pu faire des footings et descendre au bord de l'eau sans la voiture . Maud et Laure sont a l'ecoute et de bon conseil, et les voisins sont très sympathiques.Seul petit bémol : l'absence de lave-linge peut être difficile à gérer selon la durée du séjour et les occupants. Tips : il y a une laverie sur le parking d'Intermarché à 5-10 mn en voiture, à combiner avec les courses.

Notre séjour dans cette propriété familiale, spacieuse tant dans le logement que l'immense jardin arboré et sécurisant pour les enfants, a été très agréable et a comblé toutes nos attentes. Sa situation géographique est idéale pour découvrir les environs de Paimpol. Sur le plan du logement, la cuisine est très bien équipée et permet de cuisiner comme à la maison. La grande véranda est une pièce essentielle, dans laquelle il fait bon prendre petit déjeuner, déjeuner et se détendre. Le petit plus sera le lave-linge qui devrait être mis à disposition prochainement. Un grand merci à Laure et Aud toujours à l'écoute.

Nous avons passés une belle semaine a paimpol. Le temps était plutôt beau pour une fin octobre, une seule journée de pluie. La location nous a satisfait et les hôtes sont serviables, sympatiques et réactive 😉

Maison d'une propreté impeccable et bien équipée. Situation dans un clos calme à 2 minutes des bois et proche de l'abbaye de Beauport. Contacts simples et faciles avec les propriétaires.

La maison est plutôt bien située et dispose d'un très beau terrain. L 'accueil de Laure est chaleureux. Par contre, la maison est dans son jus et malgré une tentative d amélioration du rez-de-chaussée la prestation ne justifie pas le prix de location demandée (murs de la salle de bain et des toilettes humides et plein de moisissure, meuble cassé, frigo sale et vieux qui ne garantit pas la fraîcheur des aliments). Sans compter un litige avec les propriétaires. Bref décevant.

Le meuble de la salle de bain n est pas cassé. Il lui manque son haut de façade car il a dû étre démonté en urgence. Et en effet un mur de la salle de bain doit être refait à cause d une fuite qui a pris du temps à sécher. C est prévu à l'automne. Le frigo n est pas recent mais fonctionne très bien. Il faut augmenter le thermostat à l arrivée. Cela a probablement été oublié dans l explication d arrivée le soir de visite ensemble de la maison. Nous acceptons les chiens depuis toujours et pour cette fois ci, des couettes et housses de matelas étaient tachées d urine. Le litige concerne la propreté de notre gite afin de couvrir les frais de nettoyage des linges de lit. Merci pour le commentaire. Cela participe à améliorer notre communication à l arrivée. Les atouts de la maison : situation géographique prés des sentiers GR34, mer, PAIMPOL, l'île de Bréhat, beaucoup de centres d'activité proches. Calme de l'environnement, grand jardin propreté de la maison point à améliorer : achat machine à laver le linge et transats.
