Three bedroom home with open floor plan, 6 individual beds with optional 7th fold out futon that converts to a full. This house is ideal for groups going fishing with plenty of off street parking with a driveway in the front and back for boats. 3 blocks from the lake. 1 mile to the Jet Express & downtown Port Clinton, short drive to Catawba Island & Sandusky. Outdoor area with gas grill. We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of the guests and our home.

While the location of this property was perfect for our trip, the actual stay was disappointing. Upon arrival, we noticed a dirty floor immediately, kitchen counters were not clean,dead and living lady bugs and stink bugs in the kitchen/ bathroom. The dish rack under the sink was filthy, a half roll of paper towels in the kitchen. My son dropped his phone behind the couch and a marijuana "pen" was found as well as some kind of meat stick was found behind the couch. We had young children staying in the home and that is very unacceptable. The back bedroom did not have any type of door for privacy, the other room with the two twin beds had no vent for heat or a/c. The bathroom had brown spots on the wall, the vent by the bathroom was extremely dusty. I did alot of cleaning myself to make our stay feel more comfortable.The over all cleanliness of this home was very disappointing. Save your money and look elsewhere.

We are very surprised at this review as we strive for cleanliness and have always been rated accordingly. We did just get a new furnace/ac installed the day prior so it is possible that it caused additional dust in the return vent outside the bathroom. We have vents in the rear bedroom that comes out under the bed. We also have the house sprayed twice a year for bugs/spiders. We do pull furniture out and sweep regularly and our our robot vacuum goes under the couch so I’m surprised something was missed.After reading this review we will be going along with our cleaner to make sure nothing is being missed as we strive for cleanliness and 5 star stays. I wish you would have reached out as our check in instructions state with any problems or concerns you may encounter so we can take care of any issues immediately.

Great fishing, great place to stay. We went to Wild Oast Brewery, what a cool place with great food and great beer. Later in the evening we made some fresh fish Tacos on the properties grill. Will return for sure.

We stayed one night on the way through after someone recommended we had to stop at Marblehead as we were traveling by. House is very clean and stocked well. It had enough beds for our entire family. Definitely had a cute fishing vibe, it would be a perfect stay if you were there for a fishing trip!

Cedar point trip

My friends and I stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. Everything about the property was like the listing and very clean. Checking in and out was simple and easy. The only con about the place was due to the location, there were trains passing by often but that's understandable considering we were right next to train tracks. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Cedar Point

Stayed the night before going to cedar point. Enjoyed the water and outdoors live music. Had a great meal and stopped by a cute shop for dessert. As mentioned in other posts the train goes by frequently but it did not bother us.

Clean. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds! Had one minor issue with a plugged sink. Owner came immediately and fixed it. Even gave us where the fish were really biting.

My husband and I like to travel, so as guests ourselves in our own travels we know it is important to have a safe comfortable clean place to stay away from home. We have provided shampoo, conditioner, and body soap along with clean towels. All you have to do is bring your toothbrush! We also have made sure the kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, knife set, blender, basic spices and dish soap.

This house is set up perfect for groups. There are six individuals beds with an option of a 7th fold out futon.
