Comfortable, light and bright Townhome, 20 min to beaches, yet reachable from Orlando Theme Parks, and only 40 min from Orlando airport. This 2-story Townhome is equipped with all gear for your stay and activities, just bring your toothbrush. Kitchen has every imaginable appliances and utensils. All furniture is new, delivered in 2021. The house has 4 office desks in separate spaces (computer stations for remote work or study), extra monitors, keyboards, etc. Garage has plenty of bikes, swim boards, roller blades, tennis rackets. The neighborhood is extra safe and quite. Swim pool is few steps away from the house.

Great Stay

This was a great home base for a stay on the space coast. Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. The house is exactly as the pictures show it, clean, safe, with solid wifi. The owner is fantastic, flexible, and easy to work with. Couldn’t ask for more!

My Florida vacation .

We enjoyed our stay for five weeks. Elza promptly took care of any questions we had House had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. I liked having outdoors grill and walks to park. Shops also close by.

House is spacious, fully furnished and very comfortable. Great location; very nice and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary utensils. Good communication with the property manager and she also left clear instructions for everything.

We enjoyed the neighborhood. There was a daycare immediately adjacent to the property which was a plus for us! The property location was great for all our weekend adventures: zoo, beach, Disney, Seaworld, rocket launches and turtle watching walks on the beach. 3 bedrooms with 4 beds!
