Perfect apartment for a city break to Nice. 25 minute walk from the beach and a couple minutes walk from cafes, restaurants and shops, with a supermarket across the road. The apartment is well equipped and is clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Central Location & Clean

Overall the property is what was expected. The surrounding area is quite noisy though. The property is clean, spacious, and has terrific air conditioning. A quick tram ride from the train station to get here is nice and allowed us to explore very easily.

Beautiful Apartment, Bad Timing

This apartment is perfect. It is gorgeously renovated, clean, easily accessibly by transit, and large. The building is safe and has an elevator (unit is on first floor though). Unfortunately, however, when we arrived the AC was broken. They didn't tell us until we got there, despite already knowing. Since it was a weekend, they said they couldn't send anyone to fix it (even on Monday). The owner brought fans, which made it better, but it was still very hot and thus disappointing as we paid for an apartment with AC. They offered us a refund if we wanted to leave but no financial compensation otherwise. Also, one of our party members left their Airpods and the owner said he would ship them back and then ghosted us and isn't shipping them back.

Séjour à Nice

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel, rénové récemment, très bien situé proche du tramway et commerce il y qu'à traverser la rue. Malheureusement niveau isolation on entend beaucoup les bruits du quartier. Il manque aussi des petits aménagements que j'ai communiqué au propriétaire. Niveau literie rien a dire, les lits sont faits à votre arrivée, ce qui est très agréable. L'hôte Denis nous à très bien accueilli, merci à vous ,et vous donnera quelques adresse pour votre séjour. Bonne continuation et peu être à bientôt qui sait .
