The property boasts a very large reception, high ceilings, separate kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 double bedroom. There are 1 bathroom with corner bathtub, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. The master bedroom enjoys its en-suite shower room. All bathrooms are finished in precious Carrara Marble. The apartment sleeps 10 people.

Great location

This apartment was in a great location for the train and the tram. Just one block away. The neighborhood is safe. Unfortunately you do hear a lot of commotion outside very early in the morning from traffic. The apartment itself is clean, well appointed in the kitchen with everything you need for your stay. My only complaint is the beds. They are not really beds and not comfortable at all. They are a very thin mattress on top of a base with not a lot of support or comfort. We were so tired at the end of our days from traveling that we slept fine but definitely woke up with some aches and pains. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our stay there with our family.

Tons of space! Charming French stay

I stayed here for a work trip with a bigger group of people and tons of equipment. I found it spacious and clean and full of character. 5 mins from the train station and a 20 min walk from old town/the beach.

Good sized place but disappointing.

The apartment was a good size, but it was extremely sparsely furnished. Bedrooms had mattresses and bed frames only. No chairs, night tables, or anything decorative in any way. The kitchen was well equipped, but the hot water heater didn't work when we arrived and had to be repaired. The neighborhood was pretty gritty and quite far from the beach... about a 30 to 45 minute walk. The public transportation was great though. I paid the daily rate plus fees upfront, but when we arrived the woman who met is made us pay 180€ on the spot for "cleaning". That payment was not mentioned in any of the communications we had prior to arrival and felt like a shake down. There is no air conditioning. Beware. At night, you have to choose between not being able to sleep because of the heat-- with windows closed, or not being able to sleep because of the noise from the street. The biggest frustration was the difficulty in communicating prior to arrival. The owner gave us a number of a local woman to text about 30 minutes out. We texted and texted but got no replies. When we tried calling, the call wouldn't go though. I finally messaged the homeowner through VRBO who said our messages were being received. She never did reply to any of our texts, but we did finally get a call to her and arranged to pick up the key. I can't recommend this place, unfortunately.

Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento per 10 adulti con 4 camere da letto e edificio con ascensore. Senza essere avvisati ce ne è stato dato uno con una Camera in più ma non all' altezza di quello scelto(almeno dalle foto) e in un edificio senza ascensore, per noi fondamentale per la presenza di persone anziane con difficoltà motorie. Inoltre dall' annuncio il costo della pulizia(molto alto) non è ben evidenziato e notevolmente caro rispetto alle condizioni igieniche in cui versava l'appartamento: polvere sui mobili, tappetini bagno indecenti, residuo assorbente femminile, piatti sporchi, assenza detersivo lavaggio piatti, lavatrice mal funzionante, ecc. Molto caro rispetto a ciò che viene offerto.

Gorgeus apartment in Nice Center

It' a very beautiful, comfortable and very tastefully decorated apartament (for example marble bathrooms), perfect to walk to the beach, amazing for shopping, coventiently located for the train station so we could visit cannes, Antibes and Monaco in a few minutes without taking car.

What makes this property unique

What makes this property special are the high ceilings, the sense of space, the elegance of the period building but most of all the location! It is so conveniently located you can walk everywhere, to the beach, to the shops and the restaurants. This apartment really deliver the perfect French Riviera holiday experience. Crucially, the train station is very close so you can explore the French Riviera (and even the Italian!) in minutes by cutting off all the traffic. So you will be able to forget about cars! The immediate surroundings are extremely quiet and a very well catered Carrefour supermarket is literally 10 meters away so you can indulge in purchasing exquisite French products either to enjoy at the beach, for breakfast/dinner or once you go back to your country!
