La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré is delighted to offer this beautiful new villa, accommodating up to 6 guests, in the heart of Le Bois-Plage-en-Ré. The house features a sunny terrace and enjoys an exceptional location between the beaches and the village centre.



The villa is air-conditioned.



Close to the cycle paths, the house is just 500 metres from the popular Petit Sergent beach.

The house is comfortable and features a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

Private parking is available for 1 vehicle. Free and easy street parking is also available on Rue du Petit Sergent.

MASTER BEDROOM 1: 1 double bed (160x200 cm) with a private shower room.

BEDROOM 2: 1 double bed (160x200 cm).

BEDROOM 3: 2 single beds (80x200 cm), which can be pushed together to form a 160x200 cm double bed.

A shower room with a shower and washbasin.

Separate toilet.



The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.



The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.

Our swimming pool heat pumps are programmed to heat the water to 28°C. The actual water temperature is also affected by the weather conditions: warm weather increases the pool water temperature, while cold weather decreases it.



Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! Île de Ré offers a particularly pleasant setting for a holiday, with one of the highest levels of sunshine in France. Almost everything can be reached by bicycle or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our small 30-kilometre-long island.



As lovers of history, summer activities, local food and wine, art and interior design, we are delighted to share our home with you and help you enjoy a high-quality stay.



Upon arrival, in addition to our welcome pack, we will provide you with a welcome guide including our favourite tips and recommendations to help you discover Île de Ré in the best possible way.

Bed linen and bathroom linen rental and delivery are included in July and August (and available as an optional extra outside July and August).

Key handover and a personal welcome and presentation of the house on arrival are included.

A €500 security deposit is required before check-in, either by credit card pre-authorisation or bank transfer.
