Perfect for families, it features 2 master bedrooms - one opening up to a private sundeck, the other stepping right out to the pool. Relax in your tropical backyard oasis complete with an (optional) heated pool, Tiki bar with TV, BBQ, and pool loungers. Within minutes of Naples' best shopping, dining, entertainment, & unforgettable sunsets, providing you the ultimate beach house experience in beautiful Naples Fl.

The pool area is lavished with incredible amenities such as a Tiki Bar with television, BBQ Island, hammock, sundeck with lounge chairs, and fun poolside games. The pool is also equipped with a heater which can be provided upon request for a nominal fee. The wrap around front porch with rocking chairs, is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon tea.
The home has four bedrooms and three baths and sleeps up to twelve people. The bedrooms are all equipped with their own televisions. The first of the two Master size bedrooms is downstairs with a California King bed, and a Queen size sleeper sectional. This room leads directly to the pool and backyard area. The second master size bedroom is upstairs with a California King bed as well. This room opens to a private sundeck where you can lounge out while taking in the beautiful Naples weather or do some stargazing at night. The other two bedrooms are upstairs furnished with queen-size beds. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee bar and complimentary coffee. The kitchen opens to side a side patio with outside covered seating and there you can grab your choice of 6 bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and other fun beach toys for the kids. The living room also has a television and a pullout queen couch. All of these incredible amenities and just minutes away from the beach.

An amazing family vacation!

Great stay for a large family

This home was clean to a immaculate standard. It was stocked with lots of fun games, pool toys, sand toys and everything you need to go to the beach. We enjoyed the outdoor grill area and lots of lovely places to sit and relax.

Men's Golf Trip Utopia

Stay was great! Perfect house for 4 guys to make a 4 day 3 night golf trip to Naples. Close to course, 1 mile to Vanderbilt beach, and 3 miles to Mercato shops. The Tiki Hut is the #1 feature and makes this a must visit VRBO!

Beautiful home and amazing backyard!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! The backyard is awesome and the perfect hangout spot! 9 girls stayed here and we had plenty of room. Antonio was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

This house was great for our family of 10 and had everything as listed. We all enjoyed the pool and the back yard was perfect. Location was great. Close to beaches. Naples Paradise

Perfect family vacation home, well equipped, don’t bring anything. They got everything there for you, from essentials to bikes, beach chairs, and even a pon table. Great owners and maintenance crew. Will definitely stay here again. If I could give them more stars, I would.

Fun!

What a great place to stay! We had two families, eight people total and it was perfect. Christine and the Green Machine took us to the beach daily. Pool was fun. Pay to have it heated! We will be back.
