About this property

Villa With Private Pool And Jacuzzi

This luxury spacious villa is accessed by a quiet road, and is only 100m (330 feet) away from the sea and beach. One parking spot is provided in the private driveway for guests. The lower level of the villa offers a hacienda with a large open grill, perfect for summer afternoons. Property is surrounded by meticulously kept garden of 450 sq. meters (4840 sq. feet) with a private pool and deck with lounge chairs. The upper level of villa has two bedrooms, one master bedroom and other children's bedroom, living room overlooking the garden and pool and lush green mountains, kitchen, bathroom and a jacuzzi tub.
In 2019 we completed an annex which is one level above the main living and sleeping quarters of the villa. The annex is fully private as it has separate entrance, full bathroom with shower. Annex is rented as an optional add-on for families who wish to have a bit more privacy and space.

The villa is known as a prime spot for couples and families wanting to enjoy their holiday in privacy. The villa's interior and exterior are designed to exceptional standards, creating a warm, inviting and comforting environment.
The property surrounding the villa is truly relaxing; 450sqm mature garden surrounding the pool and its deck. In terms of gardens, you will not find a similar property in the region.
The property is secured behind gates and has its own electric and water supply.

We had a lovely stay at Lillian’s house. The location was perfect and the grounds were stunning. Very peaceful, but just a few minutes walk from restaurants, two shops and the beach. The pool was lovely for a morning dip. The mist fan in the outdoor dining area was brilliant at keeping the mosquitoes away.We’d love to return and continue exploring Montenegro. Highly recommend the cable car at Kotor and a boat trip with Peter.

Better than the pictures

Very nice appartment, especially the annex. The pool is in good condition and there is even a diving board. Travelling with small kids you should notice that the pool is 2 meters deep everywhere and there is a lot of stairs between appartments and yard.

All good. The villa is great and the pool is very nice. The garden is well kept, but because of the number of plants and pond it does attract mosquitoes later in the day. Overall though I would recommend.

Der Check-in verlief völlig problemlos und wir wurden herzlich von Lillian empfangen, die uns das Haus uns den sehr schönen Garten gezeigt hat. Die Villa ist umfassend ausgestattet und mit Liebe dekoriert. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein - entweder im überdachten Bereich oder am Pool.Aufgrund der Jahreszeit konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, allerdings den beheizten Whirlpool. Das war sowohl tagsüber, aber besonders in der Dunkelheit reizvoll.Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Fußläufig sind ein Lebensmittelladen, die Post, ein gutes Restaurant und der Strand erreichbar. Für alles andere haben wir einen Mietwagen genutzt.

Alles an der Unterkunft war wunderbar! Wunderschöner, gepflegter Garten mit Pool und Jacuzzi mit täglicher, diskreter Reinigung des Outdoorbereichs. Geräumige Grillecke mit kühlem Aussensitzplatz. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Alles war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und die Ausstattung ist super. Der Garten und der Pool sind noch schöner als die Bilder es vermuten lassen. Die Vermieterin war immer hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps gegeben. Waren mit der Familie dort, tolle Wohnung, der Pool war für die Kinder ein highlight! Super freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Parken ein bisschen kompliziert, aber okay :-) In der Nähe gibt es 2 brauchbare Restaurants und einen für Kinder geeigneten Strand. Ansonsten direkt im Ort nicht wirklich viel zu erleben, wir sind relativ viel mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen.

Das Haus war genau wie im Inserat beschrieben Lage zum Meer (100m) stimmt genau Hausbesitzer extrem bemüht, dass alles funktioniert Tägliche Poolreinigung Sogar der Grill wurde nach Benutzung gereinigt und wir bekamen auch die Grillbriketts gestellt Extra Kinderbettwäsche gab es auch Also echt Top

Charming villa

We enjoyed this charming villa. It’s well kept garden provides great privacy. The pool is great! It was hard to decide most days on pool or the beach. Once you arrive, you won't need a car. Store, 3 great restaurants and the public beach are all a walking distance. In the evening you can take 30 min drive to Kotor or Herceg Novi, for site seeing. Great place fir a vacation. You wont regret it.

We started with a single property and now rent four distinct and unique properties in picturesque village of Morinj.

Why they chose this property

This is our first property that we completed in 2000 but started renting out in 2006. Throughout the years we have consistently tried to add new features and elements that are unique to this region and make this property stand out.
Property has truly one of the most mature, diverse and relaxing gardens in the region. The pool area is large and along with garden makes for lazy afternoons reading or peaceful evenings for dinners in hacienda listening to array of song birds.
We strive to provide high level of attention to detail so that guests can have comfortable, relaxing and memorable stays.
