PRIVATE POOL & SPA with complimentary pool heat

Our five bedroom, five bath villa features a private pool and raised spa with waterfall on an enclosed lanai for complete relaxation after a long day at the parks. New safety fence and pool door alarm to ensure safe, family fun. East facing pool and spa is not overlooked from the back, and privacy panels on each side grant extra privacy. Complimentary pool/spa heat!

FIVE BEDROOMS and EN-SUITE BATHROOMS

Five bedrooms -- each with its own bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort. No fighting over bathrooms! The two downstairs primary king bedrooms have been recently updated. A third queen-sized bedroom on the lower floor, has also been updated and has an adjacent bathroom with tub/shower. The other two bedrooms, on the upper floor, one has been refreshed with new beds and mattresses and is Harry Potter themed and the other with a King bed. Each bedroom has its own flat panel TV with cable

FAMILY AREA AND GAMEROOM

House is equipped with free high-speed WiFi through Blue Stream Fiber. Beautifully appointed living/family room features a 60" TV with Blue Stream Fiber TV. Converted garage with A/C features features private Villains themed home theater with 110" projector and seating for 6 for more family time enjoyment. Full size washer and dryer.

KITCHEN/DINING

Kitchen is well-equipped to prepare meals for large families in style and includes numerous small-appliances such as toaster, blender, crock pot, and coffee maker. The kitchen also has a breakfast nook that seats 4. Dining room offers seating for 6 and is located beside kitchen, with a pass through window so the conversation doesn't have to stop.

Our villa is located inside the 5-star Windsor Hills resort community, the closest private gated and guarded resort to Disney World -- just 2 miles!

Amazing!

We stayed at chillin like a villa for my birthday as a large friendship group and loved it, we all had our own bathroom and never felt ontop of each other! Kitchen was great with lots of amenities, location was fab super close to Disney and we loved the pool area. The owners always reply immediately and helped us with everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

Kim was excellent to deal with always responded to my many emails. The house was beautiful with absolutely everything we needed. We travelled with nine of us. Lots of space for everyone. The bedrooms were perfect. It was nice to have 4 adult bedrooms with one kids themed room. Beds were comfortable and super clean. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub was amazing. So nice to soak in the tub after long days at the parks. The resort is very close to the parks. We took advantage of this and came home midday from Magic Kingdom to take a break and went back in the evening. The house is exactly as the picture showed, just! beautiful. Cannot say enough good things about this wonderful villa. We would not hesitate to book again. Thanks again Kim for a wonderful stay.

Magical adventure with the grandkids.

Andrew from YouTube channel Knightstrider recommended this villa and he wasn't wrong!! From enquiry to booking was a breeze and Kim the owner answered all my daft questions. The cinema room was a massive hit with the grandkids along with the pool. All rooms were a great size and had no complaints to the comfort of the property. The whole property was very well presented, clean and the gardens were immaculate. The location of the villa was exceptionally close to Disney and most days we were in the parks with in about 10mins. If your looking for a perfect extension to your already perfect holiday to Florida then I would not hesitate in recommending this property and will be booking again in the future.

Good clean villa and in good location

When we first got they it was nice and clean the bedrooms were very comfortable we got in the pool straight away and we were in the pool nearly every morning before we went to the parks the cinema room was a plus and the vintage arcade game we all liked I think the table football table needs to be replaced as it’s a bit broken we didn’t use it a lot because we didn’t want to damage it any further then it already was but all in all a nice place to stay

Second time staying in this home, absolutely love it! Management company was quick to respond when hot water wasn’t working on the main floor, was fixed immediately. House has everything you need, clean, comfortable and plenty of space to relax in the house or pool area, quiet with no view of rear neighbors being on top of the hill. Kim was amazing to work with! Will definitely look into booking this home again, highly recommend!

Best WH Home Yet!

This is by far the best home we've rented in WH so far. The kitchen was stocked withe everything you could need to cook a meal and serve it. The home was clean and very comfortable. A very modern look withe great views of the sunrise from the pool! I highly recommend and would stay here again if they're open when I return.

Perfect vacation home

This is our second home we have stayed at in windsor hills and it absolutely deserves a 5 star rating. Kim (owner) was very responsive and checked in throught out trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The home itself is beautiful came stocked with everything we needed. Everything you want is right here!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. Everything was as advertised and our family had an amazing experience during our stay. The house was clean, all electronics and appliances worked, the beds were so comfortable, and the pool was perfect for the kids to play in. I have stayed at Windsor Resort before and rented other houses, this one is the best one by far. I have already recommended this place to a few friends but unfortunately for them, you are already booked during the time they are going. We will absolutely be back!

Comfortable, spacious & clean home. Owner & management team were very responsive to questions and needs. Family had a great time at the house and community pool & waterslides and enjoyed the home movie theatre. Only wished basic cooking items like oil, salt, sugar and pepper was provided but am aware of it before hand and understand owner's rationale. Would stay here again in the future. Absolutely amazing

From the moment we passed through the entrance and saw the Christmas decorations at the welcome center and the really perfect streets and villa's we couldn't wait to find our villa and wow the videos and photos really don't do the villa justice and how large the property is inside and out all the gardens on every property very nicely manicured. As you enter the villa you start to realise how much space is inside with really high ceilings and large rooms it's better than a home from home all bedrooms decorated very tastefully, and again very spacious with really huge beds and storage for all your clothes and toiletletries, a very large living area with tv and dining area looking out to the really nice heated pool area with excellent sunrises when we woke every morning if your thinking about staying here get it booked you won't be disappointed we just didn't want to leave such a beautiful place and not far from any of the disney parks either, one word to end fantastic.

New Years Stay

My family and I just recently stayed here, from December 26, 2023-January 4, 2024. The house was amazing, clean, had everything we needed, plenty of space! The weather wasn’t ideal, temperatures were quite cool, especially at night, however we were still able to use the pool and spa in the evenings after a long day at the parks. Water was warm and very comfortable! Kim reached out after our first day to make sure all was well. She was very responsive with answers to our questions before we booked, and the booking process was super simple. Will definitely book again and would absolutely recommend this home to people. Loved it! Thanks for making this part of our vacation great!!!!

Clean, spacious and well-managed property!

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks during January and I must say that this was one of the best accommodations we ever stayed at when visiting the States ! The property is spacious and clean, we found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and MORE! The location is perfect, a large walmart is just down the road, many restaurants and shops as well are a very short drive away. Of course Disney World is about a 15 -20 mins drive away. But what truly sets this accommodation apart are the owners. They maintain a level of professionalism, true dedication and accommodation to the needs of their guests that we have not seen before. ❤️ Kim went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, for example; we needed an electric water kettle to make things easier when we’re on the run and time is precious, she ordered us a brand new one ASAP. We had a very special request that was a bit tricky to accommodate but would be very essential to our comfort seeing as we’re visiting from outside the states, we have different measures to privacy ❤️ Kim and her team very graciously took care of the matter and made our stay truly as comfortable as can be. In short, whenever we’re visiting Orlando again, this will definitely be our home! P.S; don’t forget to ask for the Knightstrider discount!

Could not have been better!

It was our first stay offsite from the theme parks and we are so pleased that we chose Chillin Like a Villa. The booking, check in and departure process was simple. The Villa had everything we needed (even all of things needed if you wanted to cook!). The property was spacious and clean, our teenagers loved the huge bedrooms and walk in closets at the back of the house. The cinema room was a lovely addition when we had been busy and wanted to relax in the evenings. Kim was a fantastic host, checking we had settled in within the first couple of days and that we had all that we needed. The pool alarm battery was running low and Kim arranged for someone to come and repair it within a few hours, safety was paramount. Our family of 4 have decided that off site is our preferred accommodation when visiting Orlando and we would not hesitate to book Chillin like a Villa again!

Perfect comfy home

We stayed at this location may 6-13 and it was perfect . The resort in itself was great . My son visited the basketball and gym daily at the resort . He walked to both as he is 18 . They also spent some time at the main pool area and enjoyed the slides and pool . The home is just like the pictures . Extremely clean , lots of extra blankets , pillows , and so many beach towels that you could use for pool area . The things I liked about the kitchen , it has heavy duty plates glasses but also has a variety of plastic plates and glasses for kids or pool area . A HUGE MUST IS THE ice machine in the freezer .we used this daily :) We brought a cooler with us and used the ice packs they have in the freezer to keep everything cold when we visited the parks .They have plenty of pans and utensils . There is 3 , that's right 3 air conditioning controls . My son slept upstairs and he liked it warm so he didn't touch the AC but he could if he wanted to . Then downstairs we kept it cooler and they had a few times where they watched a movie in the theatre room too and if you wanted you can turn on air contioner unit just for that room . Everything worked , we used stove , washer and dryer , big screen in theatre room and TVs . All easy to use with smart TVs . The pool was heated as promised as the first few nights we had a nightly swim . I know in other homes we always saw those tiny ants , I didn't see any ants or bugs the full time I was there . Maybe it's cause they get garbage picked up daily . Plus , if you travel there with a group and do a lot of shopping , there's a place 1 minute up the road where you can drop off the extra garbage if you prefer it if you run out of room in the garbage bin . Beds are all huge . And the furniture was great . They had soap and little bottles of shampoo and conditioner there . Which is great for kids or adults . Even has hand soap . Over all it was a great experience and we would definitely rent this home again . They reached out to us during our stay to see how everything was :) Love the keypad instead of a key as this is what we all use at home . Way better than using the lock box and kids were able to come and go :) Very clean area and comfy home .
