Welcome to the Clos du Pertuis, an exceptional villa located on the Ré Island, in the picturesque village of La Flotte. This huge home is a privileged location, just a few minutes away by bike from the medieval market in La Flotte, accessible via a coastal path at the end of the property.

Clos du Pertuis provides a unique relaxation experience with its heated pool measuring 4x8 meters. Inside, the villa offers 4 bright bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and sea view. Three other bedrooms, one specially designed for children, will offer you all the comfort needed for a family holiday.

- Included in the price: household linen, intermediate cleaning during your rental week, change of linen every 7 days.
From 1 April to 15 November 2024, a bicycle for each adult is also provided on arrival, with assistance throughout the island in the event of breakdown (children's bicycles and electric bicycles available on request). -

The domain faces the ocean, providing exceptional brightness throughout the day. A secluded inner courtyard with a dining area overlooks the heated pool. On the sea-facing side, a terrace and a covered courtyard let you fully enjoy sea air. A garage with an electric charging point is also available for added convenience.

o Bedroom 3 (blue room): 2 single beds 90x200cm (which can be combined into a double bed) (Sea view)
o Bedroom 4 (children's room/dormitory): 4 beds: 2 single beds 80x200cm and 1 bunk bed (2 beds of 80x200cm).

Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning: €250 to be paid at check-in.
