A Perfect Home Base for Your Colorado AdventureThis cozy and comfortable spot was the perfect home base for our trip. The place was clean, homey, and had all the essentials we needed—including a washer and dryer, which was a lifesaver! Our host was fantastic, providing the entry code ahead of time and putting together a thorough binder full of local recommendations, which was so helpful!We felt safe throughout our stay, had no issues with neighbors or the host, and appreciated the convenient location. Short drive from pretty much everything we wanted to see. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it! and the price chefs kiss!

Everything was great!

I visited Colorado Springs for a week to visit family and I absolutely enjoyed my stay on this property. It was the perfect size for just me and all of the amenities were A+. Everything I needed was right there (dishes, dish soap, laundry w/ soap, clean towels….EVERYTHING!). I couldn’t be happier with my stay! Everything was close by, the neighborhood was quiet and best of all, the wifi was free and stable. I am a remote worker and was able to do everything I needed to do for work while still being able to visit with family. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to visit and recommend the same for solo and couples traveling 5-Star A+!

Smoke smell and shady characters

The place had a cigarette smell and had cigarette burns in the couch. The women next door was on drugs and kept bothering me. She called the cops while I was packing. It’s not worth the money the location is terrible.

Hey Thomas. I entered the property shortly after you left and could not smell any cigarette smell at all. As for the neighbor, I am surprised you didn't let me know of the neighbors was hassling you as that is the first time I've heard of that ever happening there. If you could please let me know which neighbor you were referring to so I can address the issue with that neighbor.

Great house, neighborhood worrisome

Overall the house was great! Tons of stuff in the kitchen, great streaming options, nice bedroom and bathroom. The biggest draw back is that the listing does not say everything. This is not a single house but a duplex. And not just a duplex but it also has another house attached to the back. This isn’t a bad thing if you are aware of it before hand so you aren’t laying in bed at night hearing noises from people that you didn’t know were there. I contacted the owner about the noises we were hearing and didn’t get much of a response and he never checked back in. The house does have AC but only in the living room so the bedroom gets really warm even set on 65. Overall the house wasn’t bad just be sure to ask questions so you know what to expect.

Comfortable Stay

The property is in a very convenient location for visiting Colorado Springs and had all of the required kitchenware for us to cook well each night! Very easy check in and check out. The property was clean, but we decided to run sheets and towels through the wash again just to be extra safe.

Read the ENTIRE listing

The property itself is very clean and equipped well with amenities. However, there is not any AC, despite the misleading listing. Instead there’s a thermostat that doesn’t work and two standing fans that barely kept the apartment at 78 degrees. The window was difficult to lock and unlock and there was a hole in the screen. Several spiders found in the bathroom as well. Check in was easy but check out does require you to strip the linens and take out the trash.

i had not realized that there was no ac which would have been fine but there was also no fan to help circulate the air. it ended up being very hot and stuffy inside. the box for the thermostat said 80 degrees. otherwise it was fine and the appliances were very nice and easy to communicate with host

As expected

Nice location with easy access to garden of the gods and red rocks. Neighborhood acceptable but you wouldn't want to spend much time outside at the property. Safe location but not too pretty. Easy check in with code given to property prior to check in. Good very basic place to stay to be close to local attractions.
