This is our 3rd time staying at Ramsgate Harbour, but our first time in this unit. We had a wonderful stay despite the not so good weather. The only complaint is the chair rental company did not set up our chairs 2 days when we had requested by the online link provided by the owner. We were very happy with the unit, and would definitely rent again in the future.

Host was great to work with and very accommodating! We've stayed at Ramsgate Harbour a few times and love it there! Great setup for the kids and very close to the pool. Sitting on one of the two balconies was how I started and ended my day. Great place!

This condo is very nice and clean. It has a nice view of the gulf. The bed was comfortable. It had everything we needed. Plenty of utensils, towels etc. There was nothing that we were unhappy with. The owner was very responsive and we had no problems getting into the unit. Would stay here again.

Family Beach Getaway

Great condo! Perfect location!

This is our second year staying at Ramsgate Harbour, and we absolutely love the location. Feels like a private beach and very convenient to 30A. We would never stay anywhere else in Panama City Beach. The condo had everything we needed for the week, and it was the perfect home away from home!

We always love staying at Ramsgate! It’s a great property away from the hustle and bustle of the main PCB area. This was our first time in this particular unit. Nice unit. One of the things we hate when traveling are beds in hotels and condos alway hard and uncomfortable. We get it they last longer for rotating guests however we still want to sleep well while on vacation. This unit the main bed while although firm we sleep well! The only downside to this unit it’s on the far end that butts up with another property so you have a slightly blocked view and each unit has windows facing each other so have to be mindful of privacy if that home is occupied. With that being said we still would choose this unit again! We look forward to our next visit.

Another great beach visit

This was our second time staying at this unit, and it was just as great this year as last year. We love all of the amenities and the close proximity to the beach. It's perfect for our family of 4.

Great place!

Loved our stay! Condo is updated and very nice. Ramsgate is in great location. Beach is not crowded at all, and close enough to all of the popular areas to easily visit if desired. Would definitely go back!

Relaxing beach location

This property is located on a relaxing beach. The pool is convenient for when the ocean is rough. Daily ocean front chair service is icing on the cake. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. It is great for a family beach getaway.

Great Location

This was not the first time we have stayed at this unit, and it was excellent as always. Parking validation was new and it was very convenient, as you do it on your mobile phone. This unit is on the end and is a great location for beach access and pool access.

Very Nice Place

When we walked in, the first thing we could smell was how clean it was. Very nice place and we will definitely be back in the future. One of the only downfalls was there was not a usable closet in the master bedroom. We got some small ladder that was somewhere else in the condo and used that so we made it work.

Perfect vacation

We loved our week at Ramsgate Harbour. The views were fantastic, the convenience was unbeatable and overall the unit was beautiful. Some of the reviews mention no iron, but the owners must have bought one as there was one in the kids room. As some of the other reviews mention there isn't a closet in the master bedroom, but that didn't bother us. We're usually pretty casual on vacation, and there is a double closet in the kids room that we used for the few hanging clothes we brought. The owners were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental were also a nice surprise. Overall, it was a perfect vacation. We'll be back for sure.
