6th floor beachfront comfort with awesome view

This beach front condo is designed for friends and family to connect with each other and equipped for fun and creative expression. It's also a comfortable place for quiet times of contemplation.

From May to August, we rent the condo by the week from Saturday to Saturday.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has an extra long twin bed and a regular twin bed. Each bedroom has a television (not that you'll really want to watch TV with all the other fun stuff you'll want to do). Did we mention that the mattresses are top of the line -- extremely sleep-enhancing!

The living room has a sofa bed (queen), two swivel chairs (so you can be part of conversations and sneak peeks at the gorgeous views from the floor to ceiling windows), and many more chairs (enough for 8 people).

The dining room has a large table that can comfortably seat 8 people (or lots of dominoes or large puzzles:) If you're a scrap booker or a sewer/quilter -- there is plenty of room for setting up extra craft tables and ironing boards too. The owners (who are quilters), even have 2 soft-seat, adjustable office chairs, there for those who want to use their time at the beach to let their creative juices flow for multi-day marathon sewing and crafting retreats. They also have one 4 foot long craft table with adjustable legs.

The kitchen has everything you would want or need to prepare meals, if you want to cook. Besides the coffee maker and electric kettle, you'll find a slow cooker, rice cooker, ice cream maker, and lots of bright colored dishes to serve meals with style. The buffet in the dining room has a variety of place mats and table linens so you can set a gorgeous table for family and friends. If you've got kids, there are melamine dishes so you don't have to fear breaking any of the 'good' stuff:)

The condo complex has a pool on the 2nd floor so raised at the perfect height for seeing the ocean while in the pool and watching sunsets while in the hot tub. 2 raised beach chairs/1 umbrella are already paid for by the owner so need to rent your own.

This condo is close to PCB's conservation park (almost 3000 acres of land with lots of trails) and the PCB sports complex which includes tennis courts and an aquatic center. If you like to be outside and be active...you're close to these great resources.

The layout of the condo has the public places in the condo (dining room, kitchen, living room, and large balcony) all in view of the ocean but separate from the bedrooms and bathrooms. If you've got night owls and early birds in your family, you don't have to worry about one group waking up or keeping up the other group...which is not the case for how many beach condos are designed now-a-days.

Because the condo is at the intersection of 79 and 30, we're just minutes from Panama City beach parkway which takes you to Destin, to lots of golf courses, lots of shops and restaurants, a huge recreational sports complex, and the airport.
