This ski-in, ski-out condo is located right at the base of the mountain in JJ’s Lodge in the heart of the village at Jiminy Peak. Unmatched access to all of Jiminy Peak’s year-round activities. Skiing, mountain biking, hiking, tennis, swimming, fall foliage leaf peeping, shops, restaurants and the Mountain Adventure Park including the famous Mountain Coaster, Alpine Super Slide, Euro Bungy Trampoline, Soaring Eagle, Giant Swing, and climbing wall. Experience all the Berkshires have to offer with swimming, boating, and water skiing on nearby Pontoosuc Lake, Donnybrook Country Club with 18-hole golf course open to all, historic Lenox and Stockbridge, Tanglewood, summer stock theater festivals, and more. This three bedroom, two bath unit with porch overlooking the mountain sleeps ten and is perfect for one large family, two families, or three couples. Large, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make your stay easy. Enjoy panoramic views of the slopes as you relax by the cozy electric fireplace. 3 pools are a quick three minute walk away. Pool, jacuzzi, spa access, and fitness center year-round. Clean, comfortable, three bedrooms were perfect for two teenagers who want separate rooms!, lovely view although construction was going on while we were there but view still there, used all activities at resort (coaster, slide, ropes course, etc.) and great fun, weather was fairly hot and air conditioning worked well, full kitchen and fridge all working, cooked breakfast and some lunches, only one restaurant open this time of year at the resort, drove to neighboring towns for other dinner options; host responded my silly questions the first two days via messaging through VRBO very quickly, much appreciated; would stay here again

Ski Trip

Family trip with kids. Condo is great. Excellent location with great views of the mountain. Everything you need is within walking distance. Beds are comfortable and owner supplied plenty of towels and linens. We will definitely be back next year.

Best location at Jiminy Peak

This unit is great for a family ski trip. 3 full bedrooms and 2 baths - the master suite has a nice large bathroom with washer and dryer. The balcony looks directly onto the main express lift and the resort’s outdoor fire pit/seating, so it is easy to watch for kids or friends. The ski locker is well located between the building at the lift. It is the closest distance I have had from bedroom to the chairlift! Really easy and convenient for groups that like to split up and get back together several times during the day. Great location!! There is a convenient parking space provided. The unit was nice. It is a little light on pots and pans - I couldn’t find a pot big enough to make pasta for the family. However, the beds are comfortable and the heat and hot water work well. There is a microwave and a K cup coffee maker. The sheets and towels were plentiful and nice enough. The resort itself is a little understaffed and the common areas need some love. The pub was crowded at mealtimes and the food court was understaffed. All good service was very slow. The pub has good burgers though! The elevators in the condo building are slow and you need a key (only 1 provided) to use the stairs if you are tired of waiting to go up 1 flight. Also, we had a power outage and the elevators didn’t work, so we had to stick together and/or nominate a keymaster. The owner was responsive when we needed anything and was understanding when we accidentally left with the key - sorry! Overall we had a great trip and I would stay in Colin’s place again.

Labor Day weekend

We rented this condo to attend a family reunion at Jimminy Peak resort. Colin is a great host. He responds immediately and the unit was fantastic. Other family members were in other units at the resort. Everyone agreed we had the nicest condo. We even paid less than others by using VRBO instead of resort reservation service. We had a great stay.
