About this property

Paradise Palm

This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a half block from all the restaurants and shops of Estero Blvd. It is one block to the pristine white sands of Fort Myers Beach. Five blocks away is Times Square with its quaint shops , restaurants and pier. The backyard has an outdoor private pool area along with a covered patio area. BBQ some fresh seafood from our local markets on your gas grill. Upstairs is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, the dining area seats 8, a large living room with reclining couch, recliner chair and a 50 inch flat screen TV, 1 1/2 bathrooms, 2 decks, a washer and dryer, 2 king bedrooms each with a TV. The 3rd story is the master suite with king bed, full bath and walk in shower. The lower level has a king bedroom apartment with full bathroom and kitchenette. This walks out to the covered patio area. There is access directly into the lower level bathroom from the outside so you do not have to go through the apartment. This allows you to use the facilities when returning from the beach or using the pool. Provided also are many items such as pool toys, beach toys, beach towels, beach wagon, rolling cooler, and a beach umbrella. Paradise Palms is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests.

Paradise Palm was a wonderful property for our annual stay at Ft Myers. Just minutes to walk to the beach and a short walk to our favorite bars and restaurants. The provided beach wagon and chairs were an added bonus.

We stayed in this house over Christmas this year and couldn’t be happier! The house is stocked with anything you may need, beds were amazing, pool was amazing, and the location being so close to the beach and Times Square can’t be beat! Great time! We love this area and we loved that we could walk everywhere! 5 mins and we were on the sand. The house had everything we could need from a well stocked kitchen to beach chairs and wagon. Everything was clean and organized. Pool at the house was great! Plenty of chars and chaise lounges around the pool. House was very comfortable for our group of 4 couples! Spoke to the owners a few times. Responsive, helpful and friendly! Would absolutely rent again.

We are Dan and Carol Thomas we reside most of the year in MN. We have been traveling to the Fort Myers Beach area for 12 years and finally purchased a home here for when we visit this area. Dan has retired and Carol still works as a real estate agent.

Why they chose this property

We looked for a few years to find the right place and landed on this one. It is a beautiful 3 story home that was fully furnished and had enough room for our 2 children and 3 grandchildren to come and stay with us when we are here.

What makes this property unique

Sitting under the covered patio area and enjoying the beautiful pool is magical! Paradise Palm will help you forget the blustery winter weather you left behind! Once you have relaxed take a 5 minute walk to Times Square to visit our tropical themed shops or go fishing on the pier. If you don't want to go that far, take the one minute walk to the beach and enjoy the sun during the day and the breathtaking sunsets in the evening. You'll realize you won't need to spend a lot of money on restaurants with their many daily specials. Or stay at home and cook to your hearts delight in the fully equipped kitchen or have local fresh shrimp or steaks on the outdoor grill! The home allows for family or friends to rent in the same building. It is rented as one unit but has a separate up and down.
