The main living area is bright and open, with tall ceilings, skylights, and classic pine and stone accents that give the home its relaxed Central Oregon character. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow naturally together, creating an easy space for conversation, shared meals, and evenings by the gas fireplace.

The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, a gas stove, and a new dishwasher, making vacation cooking simple whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or gathering everyone around the table for dinner.

Just off the kitchen, the family room offers another comfortable place to unwind. With a full-size sleeper sofa, large TV, DVDs, and games, it is a welcome retreat for movie nights or quieter evenings in. A full bathroom serves the main level.

Step outside to the wrap-around back deck, where the wooded common area creates a peaceful backdrop for outdoor living. Fire up the gas grill, enjoy dinner beneath the pines, or slip into the large new private hot tub and let the evening settle in around you.

Bedroom One features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower, and spacious walk-in closet. Bedroom Two offers a queen bed and a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day. Bedroom Three includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds, making it a natural fit for kids, cousins, or friends traveling together. A full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower also serves the upstairs level.

When you are ready to explore, Fort Rock Park is just a five-minute walk away, and the home's adult bikes make it easy to venture farther along Sunriver's miles of paved pathways. Back at home, a round of ping pong offers a little friendly competition before the next adventure begins.

For families traveling with little ones, a Pack-n-Play and high chair are provided to make settling in a bit easier.

A Note About Summer Comfort
Like many classic Sunriver homes, 7 Redwood Lane does not have air conditioning. Fortunately, Central Oregon evenings tend to cool beautifully, and nearby rivers and lakes offer refreshing ways to spend warmer days. Think open windows after sunset, cold drinks on the deck, and a slower summer beneath the pines.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
