Papakea C207 has breathtakingly beautiful ocean and garden views from the living room and private lanai. Enjoy relaxing on your lanai while listening to the peaceful sounds of the Koi pond fountain just outside of your condo. Watch the magical glow of tiki torches at dusk, as you look across the tropical grounds towards the Pacific ocean. This studio features a one-of-a-kind re-model by top quality contractor Bob Marshall. The extensive remodel includes custom bamboo cabinets, quartz countertops, glass mosaic backsplash, new stainless-steel Bosch and GE kitchen appliances, convection oven (no traditional oven), designer tropical furnishings, original island art, king size bed, cool tile floors throughout, natural woven window coverings and a new split system air conditioning. This amazing condo has a washer and dryer and free fast Wifi! With 11 low-rise condo buildings scattered across 12.2 oceanfront acres, the Papakea Resort has the true feeling of Hawaii.

Papakea features 2 beautiful swimming pools, jetted spa, 3 tennis courts, 2 ocean side cabanas, 2 putting greens, lush gardens, a 24 hour front desk service, poolside barbecues, shuffle board and ample parking. The lush landscaped grounds are immaculately maintained and adorned with various types of ginger, plumeria, ti leaf plants, monstera, and other tropical foliage. At dusk every evening the magical twinkling tiki lights are lit and reflect on the Koi ponds through-out the property.

Papakea Resort is walking distance to restaurants, a great grocery store, ATM, and a Farmers Market. It is a short drive to world class golfing, Whaler's Village, historical Lahaina Town, Ka’anapali beach, Airport Beach and phenomenal shopping and dining.

*Note: All guests must check-in at the front desk upon arrival. There is a $25.00 per day resort fee that includes access to the facilities and parking.

So easy to book reservation and check in. The grounds are well maintained. View of pool and ocean were lovely. Very clean updated condo. Comfy king size bed , loved the tile floors and tile shower. Good Stay

The property itself is very nice and it is amazing to have such a great ocean view. My only recommendation would be to provide more cleaning supplies for your guests. We stayed 8 nights in a studio so obviously the place got dirty and there weren’t any supplies to clean the counters. The vacuum provided didn’t work and just pushed around the sand left on the floor. Overall, the place was cozy and was in a great location.

Couldn’t be better

We absolutely loved the condo, property location and area. Literally the perfect place for us. Condo has a great view and location to all the best spots in the area without being too crowded or that super touristy report feel. Just chill people hanging in paradise. If you get creative and use your head you can find some super private and amazing beaches very close bye. Just get out early for a good parking spot. The condo had Everything we needed plus some and it get like home away from home. We are sad to leave but had the time of our life. The whole property and condo are super clean and well tended to and the hot tub is hot!! Thank you and we hope to be back again!

This was a beautiful setting with easy access to the beach. Having restaurants and shopping within walking distance was great. The condo was very comfortable and peaceful. I was not happy about having to pay $17 per day upon arrival for parking as I thought all fees were already included in price total. Check in seemed a little disjointed as to whether we had to go to the main office or directly to our room with provided code. There was a bit of confusion sorting things out between Expedia, VRBO and the actual property. But all in all a lovely place which we did enjoy.

PERFECT CONDO FOR ONE OR TWO PEOPLE

I can't say enough about how perfect this condo was for me. I was with family staying in other condos at Papakea & mine was the best! Everything just as advertised. Clean & updated perfectly. Very classy beach theme. Not over the top as some are. Beautiful view from lanai. I could have just Sat there all day. If I had to pick something negative it was size of coffee table. A beautiful piece but didn't leave much room to walk between bed & couch. A minor thing compared to everything else. Can't wait to return. This is where I will stay again.

We especially enjoyed the view and proximity to the beach. Whale watching from shore was a great. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance which was convenient. It was a great home base for our Maui vacation. I was disappointed that we were charged a parking fee of $17 per day since I understood that all fees had been paid through Expedia. The washing machine only ran when set on hot water, no cold allowed. Seemed odd and unnecessary. That aside, we were very happy with our stay.

Reviewer Comments: At the recommendation of my brother and sister who had previously stayed at Papakea, we rented two condos (one for my husband and I and one for our 5 other family members) and loved our stay at Papakea. The location worked well -- close to some activities/sites/hiking and far enough away from the hustle bustle of Lahaina. We enjoyed the activities offered free to the guests (e.g. lei making, Mai Tai party with live Hawaiian music and hula dancer, golf putting). Our condos were clean and modern. The only thing I would add is a small drying rack to hang wet swim suites, etc. There was no place to hang wet clothing. Thank you for a wonderful week.

We had friends staying at other properties in the area, and Papakea was by far the best one. This unit in particular is super close to the ABC market, combined with stunning views, it cannot be beat. My only slight complaint is that because it's a studio you have to be ok with refrigerator noise when sleeping. There are also a lot of electronics that lit up the room at night. Lastly, I would recommend they move the pool/beach toys in the closet in the bathroom, and put hanging space in the closet in the main room. As is, the bathroom is quite tight. But all in all, I would stay here again a heartbeat!

Beautiful views and a clean studio

Staying at Papakea C207 was a great getaway for my partner and I; childless for the week, we truly enjoyed our time in paradise. Views from the lanai were beautiful, we were able to see a nice sizable amount of the ocean and enjoyed views of the garden, ponds and putting green. The unit was clean and stocked with the essentials; even had a bag of pancake mix to enjoy for breakfast. Bamboo cabinets were beautiful and not over the top like some of the bamboo furniture I have seen. Couch was comfortable too, my only drawback were the bed pillows; they were like my head was hitting an airbag when I laid down, the pillow enveloped my head while staying inflated with air. Washer/dryer in unit was very nice, we were able to go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes (so much easier). The ABC Store (convenience store) just behind the complex is very handy in a pinch. Would definitely stay here again; turns out that a few friends have stayed at Papakea in the past too. Until next time Maui, aloha and mahalo

A great studio in Maui!

Would recommend someone looking for a studio to stay in while in Maui! Pros: location! Walking distance to some hidden gems/breakfast spots, etc. nearby and short driving distance to a lot of other things to do in Maui! Jacuzzi and pool are great and lit up at night for a pre-bed soak, comfy bed, very clean condo, has the essentials needed (including snorkel gear and frozen ice pack), condo stays cool during day and cools down quickly with the A/C if needed, overall a perfect spot! Cons: very nit-picky cons...pillows are HUGE and had to sleep with no pillow due to a kinked neck from the first night (would recommended getting a couple of flatter pillows as options), the patio chairs are in need of a swap (your butt sits on the metal bar now), the fan remote was missing a battery so it was no fan or high. For the resort: use some of the resort fees to upgrade/replace your lounge chairs (most of them missing slats and uncomfortable). Also, make sure you know there isn't a walk-out beach especially if you have kiddos that want to play in the sand.

Breathtaking Views from Lanai

You never know what you are going to get when booking online; however this condo exceeded are expectations. We loved the view from our Lanai. We could eat breakfast and watch the whales breach until the morning. It was a nice quiet condo to enjoy paradise. I’m already looking at booking for next year.

Due to some technical issues with another booking site, I ended up dealing directly with Kim, Maddie and Cimi (Owner/Broker). They solved the issues immediately and put my mind at ease that I had made the correct decision on where to stay in Maui. Papakea is a beautiful and quiet resort with a perfect view of the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and extremely well maintained. Check-in is a breeze thanks to the electronic lock on the door. Bed was extremely comfortable. Balcony is perfect for morning coffee. The resort is located almost directly across the street from a a strip mall with food, groceries and coffee. Overall, I give this particular unit a 4.5 out of 5 due to a couple of amenities that need updating. Nothing that would keep me from returning but would only enhance the overall experience. I will undoubtedly rent from Epic Realty any time I return to the Maui island, in the future.
