Villa Saint Roch - 400m de la mer

The Villa Saint Roch is one of the emblematic residences of Arradon, an ideal holiday resort to discover the Gulf of Morbihan.
A building from the beginning of the 20th century, it was completely renovated in 2022 and has retained all its charm. Ideally located only 400 m. from the seaside and 800 m. from the town centre, it will be the ideal place for your family holidays.
Cool in the middle of summer and well heated in winter (central heating), it is comfortable.

The Villa Saint Roch, with a surface area of more than 220 m2, is composed of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 to 10 people.

On the 1st floor:
- A large living room with 8 seats, a television and a library.
- A dining room in the traditional Breton style
- A spacious and very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer area, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle...)
- A bedroom with a double bed 180x200
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

On the 2nd floor:
- A bedroom with two single beds (120cm)
- A bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a single bed (120cm)
- A bedroom with two double beds (140cm)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet


We give travellers the opportunity to bring their own linen (bed, toilet, kitchen) or offer a "linen provided and beds made" option (bed linen, towels, tea towels and tablecloth) – see prices below.

The ground floor has a laundry/garage area at your disposal and a private area (not occupied during your stay).

The private garden of 750m2, fully enclosed, and the large terrace located at the back of the house ensure tranquility and safety for children and your pets. It is possible to park 3 vehicles there.

Pets welcome by agreement.

A deposit of 800 euros will be requested on arrival (uncashed check) and given on departure.
