4 bedroom lovely home in Magalas

Excellently located with a bakery almost next door and only two minutes walk from stores, cafes and restaurants. This lovely cottage is in the charming hilltop village of Magalas, surrounded by fantastic Languedoc vineyards. The property, where wine was once produced, has a large garage with superb original wine barrels. The outdoor area is divided into paved terraces spread over three levels. The private pool with views of the rooftops is on the third terrace. Mediterranean beaches are within easy reach in 30 minutes, with sidewalk cafes and restaurants.

Oud, afgeleefd, bric a braque. Geen airco, twee ventilators voor 4 slaapkamers. Niet genoeg handdoeken aanwezig, Geen houder voor toiletpapier, geen kapstok voor handdoeken in de badkamer. Je kan de badkamer niet afsluiten, niet genoeg servies,glazen en hestek. Twee kapotte pannen…

Maison de village typique. Ménage très correct. Réactivité de la propriétaire optimum suite à notre demande de vaisselle supplémentaire. Pour l'annonce il serait bon de signaler les escaliers pour monter aux différents étages. Ce lieu n'est pas adapté à des personnes de plus de 70 ans ou avec des problèmes de santé. À part cela, notre séjour à été parfait.
