Feel refreshed and restored when you stay at this conveniently located property, just a short distance from Dulles International Airport and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located in the heart of Loudoun County’s Wine Country, The Gruner Bungalow offers stunning views of our vineyard and the County’s landmark Franklin Farm silo. This is a recently renovated 8 Bedroom, 7 full bath, and 2 half bath residence that comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, along with a recreation room for entertainment and an outdoor saltwater pool to cool off.

Very nice property with a great host. We would definitely recommend this to others. Plenty of space, 2 kitchens and the pool area is really nice. Wine was awesome also. We had 6 couples and 5 kids. Great time!John /Val

The house was clean, lots of living spaces. The 2 kitchens are on main floor which worked well for our group. The pool area is nice with a pergola and lots of seating. The kids loved the ping pong and pool tables in game room. Lots of seating areas and tables where we played board games.The host was very responsive as we got settled for things like wasps around pool area. Should be noted that there are no bedrooms on main level. And steps to 2nd flloor are pretty steep which was a little tricky for some of the older members of our group. A few things that would have made this a 5 star for us: towel hooks in bathrooms, chargers by beds, bedside lamps, larger or more toiltries (shampoo), and some basic spices for cooking.

It wasn't clear from the listing that this is across a parking lot from a large wine tasting facility. The pictures made it look like it was isolated and on its own. We wondered if we were the first renters of the season. Some of the bathrooms were missing hand towels, soap and washcloths. It would be useful to have trash cans in at least all the bathrooms. The landlord was responsive. Overall, it was a good stay.

Excellent Vacation Property

The house is beautiful; very updated with lots of places to sit and have conversations! It is really close to the tasting room at Otium, but it was never an issue. The pool is really nice, too! Our group of families had a great time! Overall, beautiful house and we had an amazing time.

We had a wonderful stay at Gruner Bungalow! There were 12 of us celebrating our father's 85th birthday. The house was amazing with so many places to sit and enjoy time together and plenty of well appointed bedrooms/bathrooms. The property manager recommended a chef that we had come in which was amazing. The pool and grilling area were awesome. The staff at the winery were so nice. We had a fun wine tasting and enjoyed delicious wine and the beautiful landscape. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Fantastic house and property

The house was fantastic for hosting our friends. Everyone had plenty of space was very comfortable. Nothing but great things to say. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all great. The host were very responsive and the winery very enjoyable.
