Main level boasts newly renovated gourmet kitchen, 2 stone hearth fireplaces with electrical inserts, living room and game room. 3rd Floor has separate entrance and full kitchen. Outdoor in ground pool and detached 2 car garage. Side parking area for additional guests and large flat back yard great gatherings.

Great Stay

Property is amazing. Lots of rooms, wonderful upgrades, and beautiful outdoor space. Straight 8 minute shot to Bear Chase. Want to go back in the summer so we can use the pool!

Very homely

We hosted a 30 year high school reunion and the place was awesome. Very well laid out. The only suggestion that I would make is , if possible, switch the beds from queen to king to accommodate more people. Plenty of parking and a quiet neighborhood

What a gem!

This house was fantastic! Beautiful setting, gorgeous interior, perfect for our group! Sadly, we had a few little hiccups with our stay (we kept losing power, and the stove/oven was broken)- but we still had a nice stay!

Great Christmas!

Our extended family of 14 (and 2 dogs) had a great Christmas stay at Bear Chase--we could not have asked for a better place! There were separate bedrooms (with en suite bathroom) for each adult couple, and the amazing 3rd floor with two more bedrooms and hang-out space (and separate kitchen!) was perfect for the teens/kids. Tons of space both indoors and out--really a nice location for any time of year. The kitchen is huge and well-stocked--perfect for baking and cooking holiday meals. The living spaces are spacious and comfortable, and everything was really clean. Finally, the hosts were terrific--they had it decorated nicely for the holidays, and they walked us through flipping a breaker when a few rooms list power later in the evening the day before Christmas Eve. The only minor negative were some ladybugs/stink bugs around the bedroom windows on the second floor. But super minor, and overall we were thrilled with the cleanliness. We would definitely come back!

NLA New Year’s Weekend

Our group of five couples enjoyed our stay at this beautiful farmhouse. We found the house to be very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook and prepare our New Year’s Eve dinner. The location was great for visiting some of the wineries and breweries in the area.
