Wake up to sunrises from the floor to ceiling windows in the master. Eat with the entire family on the massive oceanfront balcony. Prepare a gourmet meal in the chefs kitchen. You can enjoy the high life in this amazing beach get away.

The master bedroom features floor to ceiling windows with stunning direct ocean front views as well as a door out to the balcony. The attached mater bath is huge and features high end cabinets, custom shower with designer tile, and a luxurious soaker tub.

The views continue with sweeping beach and ocean views from the Kitchen, Family room and dining room. Sliders from the family room and dining room lead to the massive deck with a table for oceanfront dining as you relax and enjoy the view.

The condo features gorgeous tile in all common areas and the chefs kitchen is amazing and is complete with wine refrigerator.

The amenities in the Ocean Vistas building are unrivaled. Downstairs you have an ocean-side pool, hot tub and fire pit. Other amenities include an incredibly well equipped fitness center, club room with large TV, pool table and catering kitchen.

Beautiful property. I think I spent about 6 hours everyday just sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean, and enjoying a lovely breeze. It was perfect for relaxation.

The condo was beautiful, plenty of room for the four of us. Loved the balcony and the view. We had a problem with the ice maker - made very little ice and the grill did not work but the hosts found us a replacement. Thanks for your hospitality.

Beautiful vacation with family

We got to spend the week with my family and my son’s friend. The condo was beautiful, just as pictured. The only con was there were no cleaning supplies, trash bags or food seasonings for us to use so we had to purchase our own. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect and beautiful. This is our second year in Ocean Vistas. We absolutely love it here and love the access to the pool and beach and so much to do on the strip. This is a great neighborhood also.

Welcome to Rockville

Property was great and in excellent condition. We attended the Welcome to Rockville festival at the speedway and this was the perfect spot. When we weren’t listening to music we were enjoying the beach and the pool. Outstanding location! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Views

We absolutely loved out stay in Daytona Beach. The condo was fantastic. It was so homey and had everything we needed. The parking garage was great and super convenient. The only downside was the mattresses in the smaller two bedrooms were poor quality and super hard. Those should be upgraded to keep up with the standards of the building and the updated condo. Thank you Andy & Peggy for a wonderful stay!

Great Time of Year for a Florida Visit

It was a great time to just get away with family and regroup from several loses in the last couple of months. It's also a great time to visit Florida. The crowds are much smaller and the weather was perfect! The condo was more than big enough with spectacular views. A great place to relax with no agenda.
