Welcome to relaxation…this recently updated and wonderfully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront condo is located at Amelia by the Sea. Come relax and marvel at the gorgeous ocean views, boardwalk and fishing pier from this beautiful second floor condo while listening to the melodious tones of waves crashing and the smell of the salt air!

This updated condo features two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The oceanside master bedroom with breathtaking views hosts a comfortable king bed with luxurious linens for comfort and a flat screen streaming tv as well as patio doors that lead to the oceanfront balcony.

The second bedroom has two beds, one queen and one full bed for the children or other family/friends. There is also a mounted flat screen Smart tv for those lazy days! Ample storage space for your vacation items as well.

This condo boasts ocean views from the kitchen, dining, living room and master bedroom with balcony access from the master bedroom and living room. The living room is comfortably furnished with ample seating and a Smart tv as well as cable for all your streaming or cable needs!

The kitchen comes well stocked with everything needed for either quick meal prep or a full course meal. The breakfast bar area is set up with bar stools for that casual meal as well as additional seating in the dining area. You can also enjoy casual dining on the balcony while enjoying all of nature’s beauty!

Master bathroom features a shower/tub combo with updated granite vanity. Hall bath features a walk-in shower with granite vanity. We also provide plush bath towels and starter toiletry items of soap and shampoo/conditioner for guest use.

A washer/dryer all-in-one combo is located in the hall entryway to the master bathroom for guest use which makes traveling and packing much easier!

We want our guests to enjoy their outdoor activities and make packing and traveling easier, so we have supplied beach chairs, beach towels and beach/pool items.

Whether you choose to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean and new updated pool area, visit the Historic Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island area, the many fine restaurants and shops or take in one of our tours of the area…we look forward to you making years of memories at our condo at Amelia by the Sea!

We loved the accommodations. It was very neat and clean. The beds were so comfortable. Ocean view amazing and furniture! We just loved it and hopefully can plan another trip and would gladly get this same place! I did have a few questions and was responded to immediately! Recommend highly!

Key card lockbox a little difficult to find at offsite office, but the sweet neighbor helped. Nice condo, comfortable, great location. Having chairs and beach towels was a big help! Would certainly stay here again.

The location is one of the very best on the island!! The view is fabulous from the balcony…beautiful pool…amazing pier…terrific boardwalk to the beach and the beach has soft sand and comfortable spacing. The condo is very well stocked with kitchen and beach items. We liked the key card system.The condo is in need of some upgrades. The mattresses in the 2nd bedroom need to be replaced. The master mattress is great! The faucet in master bathroom is crudely and you could cut your hand on the spout. Neither sliding door would lock.We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Amelia by the Sea.

Beach view was perfect and unobstructed; condo was convenient to everything; very spacious; both bedrooms basically had en-suite bathrooms. Balcony was very spacious and beds were very comfortable. One suggestion would be to have a few more wine glasses/cocktail type glasses but we had everything we needed for 2 people.

This condo was wonderful. The pictures were exactly what you got. The view from the balcony was amazing. Could watch the sunrise every morning from the balcony. The beds were very comfy. The beach was wonderful and easy to get to. There were several restaurants and places nearby to dine & places to shop for groceries. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning.

Everything was wonderful with comfy beds and common area. The beach gear available was put to good use. Early March meant chili nights and mornings, but we still got our sunburns thanks to the warm sunny afternoons. Access to the beach and pool was great. Lots of eating options in the area. The place across the street was subpar food but sliders further up the road was amazing.

Our host Amy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. My husband loved the sound and view of the ocean from our balcony. We had everything we needed for our comfort. It was also nice to have an elevator to our second floor.

We loved our stay! We have a handicapped son who is wheelchair bound, and the accommodations to the beach were perfect. Ramps the whole way. The place was clean and furniture and beds comfortable. It is our plan to return in the future.

Yes, the host was very accessible. The dishwasher didn’t work and some of the outlets were not “grounded” ones. Sparks flew out when plugging some things in. The price was very reasonable
