Private tennis/basketball court included, This guest house features stone floors imported from France, double clay Italian roof, beautiful mature landscaped grounds, garage parking, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and is newly furnished with luxurious linens and modern technology. This hacienda is part of a compound in a gated community with use of the community clubhouse, additional tennis courts and walking trails. You will feel like you have moved into a secluded 5-star resort.

Main bedroom features a king bed and day bed. Second bedroom features two full beds.

Owners will be in main house property at the time.
