Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 8 rooms (from which 7 bedrooms), is 350 sqm and can accommodate up to 23 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. Heating also possible in the fireplace. Firewood is not included in the price or MUST BE COMBINED. It can be bought in a shop in Oberwiesenthal. The entrance leads over an internal stair. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace and TV. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Separate toilet with WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed and 2 bunk beds. Bedroom as intersecting room and with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 3 single beds. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.



Location
Haj pod Klinovcem, 960 mASL. The holiday home is located on an open plot. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally. The house is certified with 3 stars by SVT (Czech Tourism Association). The property is suitable for families with children, and hiking and cycling groups are also warmly welcome. However, the property is not allowed for groups of young people! Due to the location, water pressure may be weaker. Access is via a side road (paved, length 2000 m). In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.

Electric heating. Heating also possible in the fireplace. Firewood is not included in the price and MUST BE BROUGHT ALONG. It can be purchased in a shop in Oberwiesenthal.
