Here you will find a sunny and very spacious vacation apartment in the middle of the Paznaun Valley in the village of Kappl. The simply furnished apartment is very centrally located at the beginning of Kappl. Not far away are the mountain railroads, these can also be used in the warm summer months. From the apartment you have a wonderful view of the mountains of the Paznaun valley. Enjoy pleasant summer evenings on the balcony. The location of the house is ideally suited to start beautiful hikes from here or to make day trips in the surrounding area. The Sunny Mountain adventure park directly at the mountain station of the cable cars in Kappl magically attracts children. On the mountains around Kappl they can play, laugh and romp around. Petting zoo, climbing ropes course, playground, summer tubing course etc. is just the thing for kids. As a day trip, a drive along the Silvretta Alpine Road, which runs through the middle of the Samnaun and Verwall groups, is a good idea.

For mountain bikers and mountain enthusiasts there are numerous marked paths and routes.

The swimming lake in Kappl offers cooling on hot summer days.

Each bedroom has its own washbasin.
