In the historic village center of a listed, restored farmhouse from the 14th Century there is on the 1st floor a 140 square meter, comfortable and cozy apartment for up to 5 people. Experience your vacation in comfortable accommodation with a large paneled parlor, spacious bedrooms and the very special flair of tradition and historical ambience in a dreamy mountain landscape with many 3000m peaks.
From here is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes, easy hikes, mountain biking, touring bikes and of course winter sports with all its facets. The many family-friendly ski areas Fendels, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Venet, Kaunertal, Samnaun-Kappl-Ischgl u. a. can be reached in a short time with your own vehicle or the Postbus. Everyone should get their money's worth with the abundant winter sports on downhill skis, cross-country trails, tobogganing, winter hiking with snowshoes. There are of course enough rental stations for the needs of winter sports equipment. After an eventful winter sport or hiking day, a visit to an indoor swimming pool with sauna in Feichten (Kaunertal) is perhaps a welcome end to the day to let your mind wander.
Shopping: In the village center there are bakers, butchers, restaurants, savings banks, Raiffeisenbank. Grocery stores Hofer and MPREIS in the immediate vicinity.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben als Familie eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet allen ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man braucht nicht einmal Utensilien zum Abspülen mitbringen. Ist alles bereits dort (Geschirrspültaps, Spüli, Zewa,....) Einfach toll! Mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf dem Berg zum Wandern oder Skifahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und der Bäcker gleich ums Eck.

Herzliche Begrüßung bei der Ankunft, große gemütliche Fewo in historischem Gebäude, Küche bestens ausgestattet, Info und Prospekte über Region liegen vor, Skibushaltestelle ca. 6 Min. entfernt mit guter Verbindung nach Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Bäcker um die Ecke, drei Supermärkte vor Ort, Leider nur 1 PKW Stellplatz bei der Fewo, es gibt aber in unmittelbarer Nähe einen kleinen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz, Parkticket von Montag bis Freitag kann vor Ort erworben werden, Wochenende ist gebührenfrei. Es gibt keinen separaten Skiabstellraum und keinen Skistiefelwärmer. Wir haben uns in der Fewo wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöne geräumige Wohnung

Wir hatten mit 5 Personen eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser sehr geräumigen Wohnung. Alles ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Skibushaltestelle ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Für die Skier gibt es keine Unterstellmöglichkeit, was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir ohnehin ein Skidepot in Fiss mieten wollten. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Der Bäcker, Supermärkte und gute Gastronomie ist alles in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Der Kontakt war sehr herzlich und nett. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super mooi, groot huis!

We werdern hartelijk ontvangen door mw. Rudig. Het huis is groot, schoon en mooi. Alles is aanwezig wat er aanwezig moet zijn. Vanuit het plaatsje Prutz kun je goed uitstapjes maken naar Serfaus, Fiss, Ladis. De Rosengartenschucht in Imst is een aanrader, super mooi. Ook de rodelbanen in Imst en Serfaus. De Kaunertaler gletscher is ook een bezoekje waard ondanks dat er weinig gletscher nog over is. Het uitzicht is prachtig daar. Vanaf het huis is het 10 minuten naar de supermarkt en de bakker zit op de hoek van de straat. Al met al helemaal geslaagd. Wij hebben het super naar onze zin gehad!
