The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set hot tub to 97 degrees, lock cover, and return key to dish near kitchen.
Clean the griddle surface to remove food residue, sauces/marinades, or accumulated grease. Please degrease/clean shelves and handles if soiled. Leave it in clean/ready condition.
Return furniture to original location (if moved)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Hosts reserve the right to review/cancel bookings that don’t align with posted house rules for a period of 24 hours after booking.
Guests must have a verified VRBO profile with email, phone, ID, and must be willing to sign to our supplied rental agreement.

After vacationing at Sunriver for years, we finally decided to make the jump to becoming owners of this wonderful property. Sunriver offers endless opportunities for recreation, outdoor living, quality family/friend time, and most importantly sunshine. Every time we visited, it got harder to leave, so now we look forward to spending more time here, making memories and sharing our home away from home with you!

We particularly enjoy the backyard and patio area, where you can relax and watch happy families stroll and ride down the pathways. It’s an excellent spot for al fresco dining, sunbathing on the lounge chairs, or stargazing in the clear Oregon skies. The synthetic lawn with a river rock border adds to the outdoor charm, providing a lush, green space. You'll also find a large BBQ and a newer hot tub. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, our home and its surroundings provide everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Despite the peaceful setting, we are just a short bike ride away from the SHARC, tennis/pickleball courts, and mini golf in the Village.
