The building amenities include indoor/outdoor swim-thru pool, hot tub, game room, fitness room, and sauna. Smart TV in the living room, approx 42", with Bluray player

Stunning, panoramic views of the emerald gulf water and sugar white sand from your private balcony. The sliding glass doors bring the outdoors in with optimal viewing from the master bedroom and living room.

Unit 1006 is tiled in all but newly carpeted bedrooms! Recently painted with upgraded media in living room: 42" HD TV, Blu-Ray. Stream your favorite NETFLIX, HULU, etc shows (user account required). Master bedroom has a 43" SMART TV, w/DVD and second bedroom also have a 43" SMART TV w/Bluray player. Complimentary Free WiFi available. Armbands with pool fobs are required. Loss of armband is a $35 charge, per band.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in this fully furnished, coastal-themed, 2BR/2BA vacation rental. The well-appointed kitchen has quality, bright white appliances, granite counters, and all the essentials including Keurig single cup & regular 12-cup Coffee Maker. Great weekend stay

We had a wonderful time for our weekend getaway. The place was extremely clean & quick access to some great local restaurants we love. Definitely will return again.

Relaxing

We had a very positive experience and would consider booking the same condo in the future. A couple improvement requests - there wasn’t any toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and curved shower curtains should be installed in both bathrooms.

Fell and broke 5 bones

Condo was clean. Love the area. Walked into condo from balcony and left foot caught on the thresh hold, and fell face down on tile floor. Had to call paramedics and ambulance. Taken to South Baldwin Hospital. Broke my arm, and 4 bones in shoulder. Had to cut vacation short and return to Kentucky. I’ve had to have surgery to replace shoulder with a new one. Horrendous ordeal which I’ll never forget. NOt to mention the pain and money I’ve had to go through.
