The detached holiday home, built in 2002 and renovated in 2007, is functionally furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. The carport can be used as a covered terrace.


Location
Klein Kedingshagen. The holiday home is located on a 1200 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The house is situated on a corner plot between a main road and a side street. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

The entrance to your holiday home is at ground level and leads directly into the hallway with a cloakroom. The attic is accessible via a spiral staircase (space-saving staircase).
Ground floor: Living room with seating area, TV, radio and CD player. Kitchen (walk-through room) with dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 2 rings), extractor hood, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and small oven for reheating bread rolls is available. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
Attic: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom (walk-through room) with 1 double bed. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.

Haben uns (Familie mit zwei Kindern ) sehr wohlgefühlt. Kleines Haus, kein Luxus, aber hat alles was man braucht. Schöner Garten ringsherum. Fantastische Lage, nur wenige Kilometer bis nach Stralsund, und in einer Stunde ist man auf Rügen oder dem Darss

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Für uns ideale Lage des Objekts. Ländlich, aber zugleich Nähe zur Stadt Stralsund und zum Nationalpark Boddenlandschaft. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Auf kleinem (aber ausreichendem) Raum alles, was man so braucht.

Sehr gemütliches Heim...

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben auch Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus war zwar klein, aber für uns völlig ausreichend. Es müssten hier und da vielleicht einige Ausbesserungen erledigt werden, aber ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne 14 Tage in Klein Kedingshagen

Sehr nettes Häuschen, klasse Ausstattung und sehr sehr rührige Vermieter und auch Nachbarn. Jede Menge Informationen zur Freizeitgestaltung war vorhanden und wurde durch den Vermieter auch mündlich aktualisiert. Einfach entschleunigend.

Unser Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Es war alles sehr sauber und auch die Vermieterin war sehr nett und konnte uns schöne Ausflugsziele für die Region empfehlen. gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus

Das kleine Ferienhaus hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Da das Radwegenetz rund um Stralsund gut ausgebaut ist, eignet sich das Objekt auch sehr gut für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Für Großstädter ist die ruhige Zurückgezogenheit besonders erholsam. Und Stralsund mit 8km nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Wir waren autark und konnten daheim essen, wenn es genehm war oder auch auswärts dinieren.
