The house has a driveway for two cars and can also park in the street on the same house side. No garage.

There is parking on site for up to 2 cars, trucks or vans using the driveway and additional parking on the street. Pls park on the house side of the street to avoid city fines. Opposite side of the house does not allow parking.

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Our neighbors are very valuable and will let us know if the level of noise is excessive.
This is a house to enjoy, which does not mean guests can party. No parties are allowed.
We have exterior surveillance cameras on the front, side and back of the house for security. No interior cameras.
