Flat in St Ferdinand district

It has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large living room with access to its 15m² terrace. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 beds of 160X200 and a bathroom (bathtub). One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other 2 are on the upper floor. There is a parking space on site.
The flat has air-conditioning in the main room and also in an upstairs bedroom. If you leave the bedroom doors open, they will be cool.
If you leave the doors of the rooms open, they will be cool in the hot season.

You have a private parking space, to access it simply drive up the driveway.Please respect your parking space so as not to disturb the neighbourhood.
If you wish, you can also park for free anywhere in the streets nearby.

A few days before your arrival, you will receive a message with all the instructions.
