Large Savoyard-style chalet in Annecy, very comfortable and bright, with an indoor sauna available in winter and a swimming pool. The outdoor pool is usable only in summer. Very quiet surroundings, located at the foot of the Semnoz ski resort (20 min) and Margeriaz (30 min), as well as La Clusaz/Le Grand Bornand (45 min).
