Spacious old barn of 85m2, located in the small typical village of Beyrede (Hautes-Pyrénées), at 700m altitude. Easy access all year round. Completely renovated, cosy atmosphere. 5 minutes from Sarrancolin with its local shops. Loudenvielle and its Balnea thermo-ludic centre 20 minutes away. Saint-Lary-Soulan, its thermal baths and its balneotherapy area 20 minutes away. Access to the ski resorts of Saint-Lary (15-20 minutes), Peyragudes (25 minutes), Val Louron (25 minutes) and Piau-engaly (45 minutes). All seasons winter summer!
Large, bright living room. Living room with sofa, two armchairs and pellet heating stove (pellets provided). Dining/dining area, equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, electric hob, extractor, Senseo coffee machine.
Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms with shower room and separate toilet. Provide bed linen and towels. Bed dimensions: 1 bed of 160X190, 1 bed of 140X190 and 2 beds of 90X190 (one in each room). The rooms have duvets and pillows: 1 duvet 240X220, 1 duvet 200X200, 2 duvets 140X200 (and/or blankets for the small beds) 6 pillows 60X60 and their mattress protectors.
