Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. In summer: guided fishing tour or boat trip with the landlord possible by arrangement on site, for a fee. Below, ancillary costs refer to consumption of gas and electricity.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 35 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance leads directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom 28 sqm and with 1 double bed, dinette, TV, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 3 persons. Bedroom 7 sqm and with 1 single bed. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 3 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Bergen auf Rügen. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 7 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
