Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Gingst. The holiday apartment is located on a 4000 sqm enclosed garden property with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment RUE NOW 001 (5 people) and the studio RUE NOW 002 (2 people) are located in the attic of the residential house. +++Dog must be kept on a leash on the property+++
