Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 35 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).

- A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking plates...

On the first floor :
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds
- A bathroom with shower

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, baby bed, dryer, iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Nautical activities

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free on the public parking located in the same street.
