Tiny Home Colorado River View/Near Quartzsite

Our home has river views and river access. It is a brand new tiny home, 399 square feet, with loft. You will have river views from the porch while enjoying the firepit. Enjoy river and desert sports. Take a trip to Quartzsite. One exit from the California border.

The space
Stay at our tiny home in the Arizona Oasis Resort. You can relax on the porch and watch the river or take a quick walk to the river front. The house includes master bedroom and loft. The Master Bedroom has King size bed with TV and Roku. There is a pocket door attaching the restroom to the Master. The loft has memory foam queen, fold out single sleeper, and Smart TV. The Living Room has river views and a 55" Smart TV with cable, as well as a futon sleeper. The kitchen includes all new appliances, including a mini dishwasher. There is a large pub table with seating for 4. The house has river views from inside and the porch. The front deck has 6 chairs to relax and a propane fire pit table. There is also a propane grill for your use. We ask that you bring a tank of propane for use. All of Arizona Oasis Amenities are included in your stay such as pool, spa,(And they are open!), boat launch, desert trails, and other activities. There is even a beach front with fire pits and playground. A laundry room with machines available for a fee just a short walk away.

Great little place on the river!

Great little property right off the Colorado River and perfect location with regards to getting out on the river for our river rescue training we attended all week. Close to food/gas/supplies. Host was very accommodating and responsive

This is a tiny home

The house is cozy but the loft is pretty much unusable, especially for seniors. The WiFi was spotty. Very clean and quiet RV park style neighborhood.

The porch is great. Colorado river is a very short walk. Park was quiet. It's a quick trip to Blythe. If I do it again I will bring 3 meals. Not much but fast food around area.

Great river view tiny home

We had a great stay. View of the river from front porch. There are two beds in the loft which was great! Beds were comfortable. My only feedback would be to get new towels, the ones left for us to use were old and stained. Also the bbq was pretty dirty and the cleaning tools were just left on the ground next to the bbq. I tried to clean it as much as I could. We would book again..we had a great time!

K&A were the very best hosts - communication was clear, questions answered so quickly. Lovely quiet community, with a pool, activities including wine&cheese Fridays at the clubhouse, very well equipped house. Easy check in. Beautiful surroundings. Fantastic to get away from the crowds and traffic of Quartzsite. Not good if you want to party, be noisy, or want to eat out. I loved it! Best hosts ever (and I am picky).

4th time starting at the resort always a great time....1st time going through VRBO... Only complaint was the cameras on the patio I'm all for protecting your property maybe just place them outside the patio area, cause we wanted to hang out there but don't like the feeling of being watched

We were Happy with Our Tiny House Location & stay!IT was exactly what we want & asked for! They could not have forseen the extreme Wind Conditions. We were needing to ck out early due to fires! The property does need some cleaning, but we Liked the property grounds very much & appreciated the communication. we were alittle concerned about late check in info, but there apologized they were out of town also. All Good!

They charged me for my 2nd pass owner of the home says they should not have charged me. Homeowners game nurse gave me some great advice not to be or not to purchase a home at this location.

Not what we expected

Wanted to try Blythe out originally we were supposed to come with our coupled friends and thank god we didn’t the upstairs is not suitable for anything other than a child we would have felt so bad thinking anyone could be comfortable up there. Place was not well cleaned and for being so small you hyper focus on it other than the sheets smelling washed informed host of this because the cleaner should also be hyper focusing on the cleanliness, the air during the day isn’t that great, the living room is not homey what so ever. The dock is not close and there’s no parking so be prepared to walk from the house after you park your truck back at it, water is not as close as it seems in the picture. For being two people with with two dogs we felt on top of each other just keep that in mind. Honestly wouldn’t rent again mostly because of size and the vibe in the home doesn’t make you feel comfortable but the host was attentive to questions asked.

Lauren and friends had rented our home and another of our friend's home in the park in Ehrenberg, not Blythe. With less than a week before the reservation, they tried to move their dates due to their watercraft being broken. We have numerous great reviews and our home is loved by many. We have never received any complaints on lack of cleanliness and asked Lauren for photos, which she did not provide. Our home advertised as a tiny home and the loft height is listed in the description. We do feel that perhaps her review was a result of us not being able to accommodate her change of plans.

Stay review

I’ll start with positives. Property was clean with fairly new appliances. Property manager was responsive in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The negative is solely around the descriptions of beds and loft. The biggest disappointment was the loft. The description neglects to state the the total height from floor to ceiling is just over 4 feet. The stairways up to the loft are very steep and narrow with no railing. It’s impossible for an adult to stand up there. You literally have to start crawling before you reach the top of the stairs. The “fold-out single/twin” bed in the loft is actually a child’s gaming chair that can be made flat. Very small, not a suitable bed for an adult to sleep in. We actually ended our stay after one night. I asked the property manager for a refund for the second night and she sent me the cancellation notice stating that she could not. I feel like the description is deceitful. The loft would be for small children only, however, the stairs pose a dangerous situation for young children as well.

We are sorry that our home didn't work for you. The first night of the stay, Bob described the home as perfect for the group. We have never had complaints before about the loft or beds. The pictures in the listing show each part of the house. It is listed as a tiny home and sleeps 6 with a futon downstairs. Again, we apologize that it didn't work.

Very comfortable. It is a tiny home but was like upgraded clean and warm camping. The fire pit on the patio was amazing. My kids loved the loft. Most adults would probably not be comfortable with low ceilings. Clear communication from owners. Easy trip to gem and mineral show which is what we went for.
