2 bedroom awesome home in Valbandon

This holiday home with pool is located in Valbandon, near Faana. It is beautifully and harmoniously furnished and offers you all the comfort you need for a pleasant holiday. On the upper floor, with a minimum ceiling height of approx. 140 cm, there are two bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room, while on the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and a bathroom. From the living room you can access a covered terrace where you can eat outside with the family and relax with a good glass of wine in the evening. Meanwhile, your children can play undisturbed in the fenced garden. The host offers excursions with his own boat to the nearby islands for an extra charge. There are two car parks on the property next door. Visit the charming little town of Faana, which is known for its beautiful waterfront promenade with bars and restaurants as well as interesting events that take place in the summer months.

Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind wunderschön, gepflegt, sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Aufgrund der hervorragenden Lage zwischen Pula und Fazana sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das einzige, was verbessert werden könnte, wären Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern bzw. der Terrassentüre. Ungeachtet dessen hatten wir eine perfekte Woche und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Tolles, modernes Haus mit toller Lage mit stilvoller Einrichtung. Gastgeberin Manuela ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und bei Problemen um eine schnelle Lösung bemüht. Auf Nachfrage waren ihre allgemeinen Insider Tipps empfehlenswert. Der moderne Pool ist groß genug, um länger dort schwimmen zu können. Dazu hat der Pool eine gute Gegenstromanlage, sodass Insekten von alleine gut herausgefiltert werden - vor Ort gibt es keinen Kescher, der war jedoch in 1 Woche auch nicht nötig gewesen. Generell wären Sonnenschirme vor Ort und Anti Mückenfenstergitter ratsam. Kein gewöhnlicher Elektro Backofen vorhanden, jedoch konnte man im urigen Backofen mit Geduld mit Holz und Kohle in einer Auflaufform die Pizza zubereiten. In Summe hatten wir eine schöne Zeit dort und können es weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren mega zufrieden.

Wir waren mega zufrieden. Werden auf jeden fall wieder dieses Haus buchen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Hunden da. Zum schönen Hundestrand fährt man ca. 5 min. Gute Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe.
