Spend your vacation on Lolland-Falster! Here you can doze on miles of white beaches, go on safari at Knuthenborg Safari Park, or frolic in the waves at the tropical "Lalandia" water park. Cycle along meandering country roads through idyllic villages, past Denmark's most beautiful manor houses and castles. Hike through the green beech forests and have a picnic accompanied by the chirping of birds. A visit to one of the beautiful medieval towns on Falster is highly recommended, as is a visit to the famous Medieval Center. You can also play golf, go fishing or sailing on the beautiful lakes and fjords.

Great base for exploring the area

A great little lodge. Ideal for exploring the area. However be aware that there are three beds in the main house with a double bed in a completely separate building across a courtyard, and another separate single across the courtyard. We were unaware of this and having three children it gave us all sorts of dilemmas. Lock them in the main building at night - Giving us no access to the toilet and concerns about what would happen if there was a fire? Or leave the door open, giving us concerns about an intruder or a sleepwalking child leaving the property. Altogether quite worrying and not made clear to us in the listing or at time of booking. These concerns apart, the accommodation was very clean and is in a lovely location, close to the beach and secluded in the forest. The facilities and furniture were fairly basic though. There wasn’t a kettle or microwave.

Einfaches aber schönes Objekt. Terassentür war schwer zu öffnen und schließen.
