Excellent séjour dans une belle maison

Tres bon accueil. Maison superbement décorée , même si c'est un peu chargé. Le terrain edt bien entretenu et très bien décoré avec de vieilles machines agricoles. Le bassin est magnifique. Les 2 espaces pour se restaurer, le parking couvert de végétaux, bref tout était parfait.

kleines aber feines haus / casita, das ohne weiteres eine Familie von 4 beherbergt (2 Eltern, Kinder 8+10) alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, Küche, bad, WaMa, Sofa; draussen gleich 2 mal sitz/essgelegenheiten, und neben an ein paar Tiere (Enten, Hühner, Tauben und eine Ziege) die man bestreicheln darf. mitten auf der Insel ist man überall schnell, 30-50 Minuten für strände oder Palma oder oder... wir kommen gerne wieder

Es un lugar muy tranquilo. La casa tiene el tamaño perfecto ( en nuestro caso para tres personas) y el jardín es muy grande y preparado con mucho gusto, las cuatro tumbonas muy cómodas, Cuando llegamos, a las 23h, los propietarios nos habían dejado algo para cenar y desayuno para el día siguiente lo cual agradecimos muchísimo. Coche imprescindible. Buen sitio para una vacaciones relajadas en Mallorca.

Eine tolle Oase der Ruhe

Aufenthaltszeitraum: Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni 2017 mit 2 Personen Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem großen, sehr gut gepflegten Garten mit interessanter Botanik und Gartenkunst. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit Holzdecken und schön ausgewählten Farben. Für 2 Personen ist viel Platz, ausgelegt ist das Haus auf 4 Personen, d.h. für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ist das Haus ideal. Interessant wären speziell für die Kinder evtl. noch die Hühner, Tauben, Hasen und die Ziege, die im hinteren Teil des Gartens leben. Die Lage des Hauses ist extrem ruhig, es gibt nur einen direkten Nachbarn, von dem man aber nicht viel mitbekommt, ansonsten gibt es abends und nachts ein Froschkonzert vom gut besetzten Froschteich im Garten - herrlich! Die extrem ruhige Lage empfanden wir allabendlich als äußerst angenehmen Kontrast zum stellenweise extremen Touristenrummel auf der Insel. Das Ferienhaus liegt 1 Autominute außerhalb Binialis und die zentrale Lage mit Fernstraßen- und Autobahnanschluss in der Nähe ermöglicht eine gute Erkundung der Insel in alle Richtungen (mit dem Auto). In Biniali selbst gibt es nicht viel, ein paar wenige Restaurants, es ist eine sehr stille Kleinstadt. Weniger schön und eher uninteressant war die unmittelbare Umgebung des Ferienhauses, die überwiegend aus Oliven- und Pfirsichhainen bestand und zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes bereits sehr ausgetrocknet war. Der nächste große Supermarkt befindet sich in Binissalem, ca. 10 Autominuten von Biniali entfernt und ist gut erreichbar. Insgesamt waren wir sehr angetan von dem Feriendomizil und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gerne würden wir irgendwann nochmal einen Aufenthalt dort verbringen. Prädikat: Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Thomas & Erni aus Hessen
