The inviting open floor plan offers ocean views, stunning opportunities to catch a beautiful sunrise, and a relaxing atmosphere. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper sofa. This allows this adorable condo to sleep up to 8 guests. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the convenient significant appliances. The living area and dining area are directly off of the Kitchen – perfect for meals or a family board or card game.

BEDROOM 1 - The Main suite features a king bed, Oceanviews, private access to the oceanfront balcony, and a full bath with a separate jetted Jacuzzi.
BEDROOM 2 – Queen bedroom retreat with plenty of space. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway next to this bedroom.
BEDROOM 3 – Another spacious private queen bedroom. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway next to this bedroom.

Perfect Location

The property was very spacious and had an excellent view from the balcony. Located right across the street from the Pier, which was nice. Everything was clean and the communication with the host was quick.

Great location and layout!

What a great property! Steps to the beach, pier, restaraunts, bars, ice cream, shops, and more. The parking was great and allowed us to drop our beach gear on the way to the room and have it secured and not making a mess of the upstairs. Balcony was great with amazing views of the ocean and pier. Fireworks are launched from the pier on the 4th so the view was amazing! Great property and vacation spot!

Easy check in and out. Property was clean and comfortable for our family of four. Had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach, eating places nearby. Loved that we had assigned covered parking. Fridge icemaker does need to be looked at, only makes minimal ice.

We really enjoyed our week at Tybee. The condo location was fantastic and the property was just as described. It was a perfect spot for our family to enjoy the beach for a week.

Perfect beach condo

The condo was perfect for our family beach trip. It was a lot bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. We are already planning our next vacation and will stay here. The only problem was the outlets were loose.

Perfect location, clean, and spacious. Plumbing is very noisy throughout the night. Some salt and pepper would have been nice. Would stay here again in the noises at night were fix.

Had the best time!

I’ll start out by saying, that if you’re expecting a luxuriously high end stay, this is not it. But if you’re looking for a family friendly condo, reasonably priced, with a stellar view, and right next to the beach/gift shops/food spots, then this is the perfect condo! There is nothing like waking up and going about your day with the ocean constantly in sight, and even better that all you have to do is walk right outside your building and the beach is right there. My family had an incredible time, and had everything we needed to cook or prepare food at home, when we didn’t feel like going out and spending $$$. Will definitely be back!

Clean condo and great parking for two cars.

We drove from TN to stay in Tybee Island for a short 3 night stay before we head to south Florida. This was our first trip to the area. The parking at the condo was superb!! Just a heads up though there are only 2 parking spaces available. The condo could use a lot of maintenence though. The front door is a keyed entry and the door is quite wobbly. It would be very easy for someone to break into. Check in was much more difficult than it should be. We had to pick up keys at the main office a few miles down the road. A keyless entry would be great. The interior is very dated with old worn out appliances and small gadgets. We also had issues not having nearly enough silverware or dishes for the amount of people allowed in condo. Same with towels and wash rags. We spent more of our time in Savannah. It was beautiful! Tybee Island is not what we expected. The beach was quite nasty with dried seaweed all down the beach. The area is a bit sketchy. However, this condo is on the nicer side compared to others in the area.
