While staying at “Tybee Sunrise,” you will have panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean from this top floor Tybee condo. This Fort Screven three-bedroom condo is located on the north end of Tybee in the quiet cul de sac of Oceanview court. Tybee's Fort Screven condos are right around the corner from the Tybee Post Theater and several popular Tybee restaurants.
“Tybee Sunrise” is a three-bedroom and three-bathroom condo with an open, airy floor plan. The cozy oceanview living room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations if needed. A formal dining table with seating for six guests separates the living area from the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes standard size appliances. Conveniently there is a full bathroom and laundry room in the hallway.
The oceanview-covered deck overlooks the Atlantic ocean and Tybee beach with an outdoor dining table and hot tub. The oceanview deck may be accessed from the living room or the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is a king suite with an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There are two additional bedrooms located on the opposite side of the condo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has two twin beds and convenient access to the full bathroom located in the hallway.

The private beach crossover is between The Fort Screven Condo building (#7) and the building next door. The building has a shared outdoor shower among the occupants.

Parking for two vehicles. Each spot is marked for this unit.

Great Location for a Fun Girl's Trip!
We had a great stay for our best girlfriend's 60th birthday. The place had plenty of rooms and had a great view of the ocean when we sat outside or chose to lounge in the hot tub. We were close by to downtown to hang out for a Sunday Funday and the locals were super nice. The one thing that needs to be mentioned is that there isn't a trolley to transport your items to the room. There is an elevator but it would have been nice to have a trolley instead of multiple trips. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back to this condo to stay.

Beautiful view
Overall great place. The master shower drain needs to be cleared. After a 5 minute shower it fills up with water. The view is absolutely stunning.

Nice place to stay but has notes everywhere stating you will be charged for anything that goes wrong
Upon arrival the place was very nice and clean. However, we found the pull out couch had dirty sheets that had not been changed out. We also had a problem with master bedroom tub not draining properly. There was still water in the tub the next day that had not drained out. Our first full day of staying the air completely stopped working. We found a note on the thermostat that stated it would be $125 to fix the air if it were to need serviced. This made the stay very uncomfortable and miserable and we did not want to be charged for air that clearly did not work properly in the first place.
